OUT OF CHARACTER

Hey everyone!

My name's Nicky, and I'm bringing in The Doctor (10th) from Doctor Who... for anyone who hasn't seen the show, he's a 903-year-old alien time-traveller (called a Time Lord)... his home planet was destroyed during a war, so he's wandering from place to place (in a blue box) fighting evil and having wonderful adventures! There is really so much more I could say about him, but that's the basic idea... if you don't know him, you can learn along with your character! Hehe.

Anyway... I'll be posting his arrival later today if anyone wants to meet him, and my AIM is strungouteyes if anyone would like to plot and stuff!

Welcome in some srsly old-school anime. .. Not quite as old-school as Sailor Moon or Dragon Ball Z or.. Astro Boy, but CLOSE ENOUGH. This is Quatre Raberba Winner from Gundam Wing. YEAH, I SAID IT. GUNDAM WING. Blame Tami, 'cause it's all her fault. 8D

Anyway, he's arriving just after the installation of the Zero-system into the new Sandrock, so he's just a bit ticked off with Heero for doing it (but you'll never know, because he's far too polite to show anger, obviously) and really damn confused. Being an empath of some apparent caliber ('sensing' the other pilots across space), but with no training or knowledge how to handle it, he's also still just a biiiit unstable. So uh. Let's hope he doesn't go Zero-system on us again, shall we? Because I srsly doubt anyone wants a giant mech stomping across LA. What is it Mikaela said? --"Giant toy death-match", yeah.

(What is it with me and giant robots?)

Anyway, he'll be showing up at roughly the same time as Duo (HI, TAMI), though they're not from exactly the same moment in the timeline or anything (Duo's post-Eve War, right?), so that's why Quat looks juuust a bit younger than his fellow pilot (well, that's a lie---he looks pretty young no matter how old he is, the poor kid).

Oh yeah, and he is Islamic (even if he's not a very good Muslim on some points), so he's gonna' be really confused about all the prejudice running around the States right now.
