OUT OF CHARACTER

Okay, everyone. As you know, being that this game is set in the Buffy/Angel universe, there are two "powerful" higher entities that exist that aren't really characters in the true sense of the word. However, these higher entities have been known to "speak" to characters on the show(s) through a telepathic link (ie: Cordelia, Eve), taking control of someone, etc. Thus, we've added two icons to the mod journal - the Senior Partners and the Powers That Be. Meaning that whenever the Senior Partners or PTBs need to intervene, make an announcement, do something plot wise, the mod journal will be used to puppet them.

This is, by no means, our way of god-modding. It's simply a way to further plot in a more realistic sense. Rather than saying the PTBs said, one can actually read what the PTBs have to say; if the Senior Partners need to PWN Lindsey again, they will show up and do so, etc. Such a "perk," if you will, will only be used on occasion and only when plot deems it necessary.

So, if you have any questions, please ask away. And if you ever need the Partners or PTBs to interact with your characters, bother either of us mods and we'll gladly have them jump in your scene. :]
