I've never been so glad to wake up to a lack of music in the air. Don't get me wrong. I don't hate singing. I don't harbor some secret grudge against Christmas carolers or something. I just really need a break from people who are tone deaf expressing their inner secrets through song.

This is not happening. This is just another dream. Or fugue state. Or something. I'm really safe in my bed at home. Prada is sleeping next to me.

Wake up, Lydia. WAKE UP!

Someone please tell me they have seen Steve Rogers singing 'I Need a Hero'. All of the Broadway around here is fun, sure, but that? That is what I really need in my life.

As much fun as I had trying to communicate with The Green Hand in ASL, I'm glad to look out my window and not see it taking up my skyline. I missed seeing stars.

I miss Vegas already. Whose idea was it to put me in the same nest as The Star-Spangled Banner Man?

I would strongly suggest that whoever decided to interrupt my plans reverse their interference.
