Jason sighed. It was the worst kept secret and Jason didn’t want it to be secret anymore. “Flint attacked Monte after the last match, called him a mudblood, said he should have rotted in Azkaban.” He was still just as angry this time as he was last time he said it.

So yes. He was proudly wearing his I Support Monte shirt and had been relieved to see so many other players willing to wear that same shirt.

“Hate doesn’t always make sense. And from what I heard about Flint there is no reason.” Jason thought of Okeke sharing her surprise that he wasn’t a branded death eater. Not that I point would be the end all.

“He just thinks we are somehow less.” Jason shook his head. Mandela swinging back around to nose his leg for scratches. And Jason obliged. “And I am terrified that he gets to keep playing after this, that Monte is going to lose his job because the world saw him throw the first punch.”

“Past that I don’t even want to think about what happens to the other players, like Betty.”

	As much as he didn't want to think about Betty, he couldn't not. The hard part now was waiting to see what the Falcons came out with in the days of come. Jason was already planning contingencies.
