This is new. I'm pretty sure I've never jumped to another Earth involuntarily. Thanks to the team that filled me in at the facility. Surprisingly, this isn't the biggest mindfuck I've dealt with.

So, hey everyone - Alex Danvers. Nice to meet you all.

Hi. They told me you're both here. How are you? Everything okay?

Back home the most we did was a bit of time travel. Here? Whole new world. Worlds.

I got here at the end of May, so... four months. It's been a hell of an education in areas I didn't realize existed. Came through with an alternate version of the person I was supposed to be chasing in my world. We're friends now.

We've done some of that, too. We try not to dabble in it all that much. World jumping doesn't usually have the possibility of dire consequences attached.

So far, it seems fairly similar to my world, but I can see it being a brain bender if you've never experienced it before. Chasing as in tailing? Private detective?

I can imagine. We got the whole 'too many changes, change the future' speech when it happened. The person me and my brother were chasing did exactly that. Got to meet Paul Revere, that was cool. Had to go back and fix everything after. Honestly, between the two, I think I'd prefer world jumping too, assuming we didn't have the situation we currently do hanging over our heads.

Chasing as in tailing, I'm impressed. Back home I work for an international detective/spy agency called ACME based out of San Francisco.

Meeting Paul Revere definitely sounds cool. We have friends back home who are always jumping around the timeline and seem to handle it just fine. Not a risk I want to take, personally.

ACME? Like Wile E. Coyo Never heard of it, but I'm guessing I shouldn't have.

It was interesting. Until our target stole something very key, made herself a hero and changed the future. Chronoskimming... an interesting experience but they were still getting the kinks out of the system so it was more an art than a one-to-one science of where you'd land. Then again, was the 90s before I got here and there were still only 3 Star Wars movies. So, if nothing else, I'm glad the tech has improved.

Yeah... the acronym is dumb, whoever came up with it needs to be evaluated. Terrible acronym, great agency. We work a wide variety of crimes and investigations. Before coming here I was partnered up with my younger brother.

Wow, that's a hell of a jump forward for you, especially when it isn't intentional. Now I have to ask - thoughts on the prequels and sequels?

My sister and I were in a similar situation for a long time. She wasn't officially my partner but as good as. Working with someone I know so well really upped my game. You must miss your brother.

I think the most jarring thing was the fashion. Had to try and find stuff I liked, but what I was used to was just gone.

I answer this realizing that this might be a trap, but... I thought there was potential in the first one. I have no idea what they were thinking with Jar-Jar but I like the concept of the Gungan people, just not the stereotype Lucas chose to go with for them. Becuase a race of underwater dwellers is always cool, but... yeah. From the movies alone, it was missing something, but I started watching Clone Wars, that cartoon and it filled in some bits that were really needed. Clone Wars is the best of the lot.

The Sequels... are weird to talk about because I'm friends with Rey. But I liked parts and didn't like other parts. (The internet has shown me this is a very decisive issue.)

I do. Though I think if he heard that he'd probably ask who the hell I was and what I'd done with myself. He's more into the tech side of things, hacking, gadgets.
