[It's starting to get late, but Ushiro can't sleep. Nakama arriving has brought up way too many things that he doesn't really want to think about.]

[He walks towards the park and sits down, staring at the swingset rocking back and forth. How many times had he watched Kana jealously as their father had pushed her on the swingset?]

[… And he wasn't even his father. Why couldn't he have been told sooner? He was thirteen, it's not like he couldn't handle it!]

[… Being this angry is just making him more tired. He sighs, and flicks on his communicator to broadcast.]

[Another busy day for the postal service! Thanks to a combination of WV's arrival and abrupt recovery from Ribbons' disappearance, PM has sprung fully back into action. Records of address are fully updated, pen pals re-matched, notes written to each of them with basic contact information about their new letter-writing companions... she has accomplished much, and although it's another slow day, she sets out with slightly less horrible posture, ready to greet the world!]

[And after work, she considers stopping by WV's place with a veggie-laden pizza to see what her friend has been doing during her busy day.]

[Hei had merely been passing by, but the sight of the empty playground made him pause. How often had he met Yin on a swing, talked to Huang as he read his paper on the merry-go-round, or had his quiet moment with Mao sitting at the top of the slide?

They had been… friends, in a way that Hei still struggled to accept with the wave of new 'memories.' That they had his back at all was to be expected; they were a team, but to go as far as they did…

Pushing an empty swing with a free hand, Hei frowned, testing out a word that felt odd to say out loud, but seemed far to familiar to let go...]

It's getting warm now. Around this time I'd be getting ready for spring vacation in school. [ smile ] I suppose I should start making different plans now. Does anyone have anything planned for the warm weather?

[Striding into the club in open leather jacket and collared shirt, Dean's on the prowl for a bit of fun. Preferably with a giant bottle of scotch and a glass. But he won't be remiss of a bit of company either. Especially of the female variety... There were far too many guys in his life at the moment not that he'll reject any if they want to talk]
