Hi, Marina!

I'm Rizzy. I'm bringing in John Young from The Tomorrow People. It was a show on the CW for exactly one season, and it's now on Netflix, but I wouldn't be surprised if most people haven't heard of it. :) Tomorrow People are considered within that universe to be the next step in human evolution, because they have three powers: teleportation, telekinesis, and telepathy. There's a permission post for John's telepathy here

John's powers broke out when he was a kid, and shortly after, he was taken and trained by an organization called Ultra. Ultra is intent on controlling, killing, "curing", experimenting on, and studying Tomorrow People. Eventually, because of painful reasons, John defected, and he created a safe haven for Tomorrow People in an abandoned subway station in New York City to try to protect them from Ultra. He's coming from a point in his canon where he was kicked out of the lair, because he directly disobeyed orders to try to save a life. He'll also be drunk for the first time in his life when he arrives.

I'm really excited to be here and to meet and play with all of you! I follow Ella everywhere, and I know a few of you already (/waves excitedly!). You can add me on plurk at varymydays and you can also reach me at John's contact post.
