I so forgot to post this, but I will be on slowatus/hiatus until at least August 8th! I am out of town. I do have some internet access so I will be trying to do a few tags on my downtime, but RP is not going to be my foremost concern for a little bit. Sorry to everyone I've left hanging, fml. :c

The building of weapons, inventions, etc.
We just wanted to clarify a few points on this since we have so many geniuses and otherwise handy people in the dome. This has been added to the FAQ to offer a better starting place for everyone.

Adjustments to special applications
Beginning this app cycle (starting Sunday, August 5) anyone may app from the special applications section for original characters, AU characters, temporary characters and canon characters with very limited canon. However, there is an additional requirement for these applications (which will also extend to established players.)

Seeking one volunteer for mystery game plot
First come, first served. You/your character will need to be able to post this upcoming dayweek (Day 178) preferably in the Wednesday - Thursday range, but this is flexible. It just needs to be plausible that your character could be in Sector 0 and upon seeing something strange (we'll fill the volunteer in on the details) would broadcast it publicly. Comment here to volunteer with the subject header "volunteer."

4th Wall approaches! It will be August 20 - 26. Before the event, we would like feedback from everyone on what style of 4th Wall we should have. We have two different possibilities in mind, so please use the poll below to let us know your thoughts. You'll also see some descriptions and pros and cons.

Specifically, the thing is that Thirianna is a farseer. This means that she has powerful psychic abilities (obviously toned down in Marina). Now, you might be asking, what does this mean for your character?

WELL. Thiranna is both telepathic and a seer. If you would like to opt in to Thirianna being able to peek into your character's mind, please let me know. The more interesting thing, though, is her seer abilities. Canonically, she spends a lot of time looking at and trimming possible futures. Do you want Thirianna to make a prophecy for your character? Might your character want assistance bringing something to pass? This is a thing that can be done. Please, let me know if you'd like to do this!
