[Jezebel stiffens like a frightened goat, though her eyelids close and she takes a breath to steady herself. Slowly her shoulders relax, but she has absolutely no idea what to do with her own hands so they stay limply by her sides. A kiss. This is happening. It's a kiss. A real kiss with a real person. Who's not bad, of course, worse people out there to kiss - it's just nothing how she planned and maybe she's a little bratty for her reaction but.

[He does his best to make it a decent kiss. It is her first one after all, it shouldn't be terrible even given the circumstances. Privately he thinks it's a little cute how suddenly awkward and quiet it makes her. It's the first time she's seemed reluctant or hesitant about anything but he won't embarrass her by pointing out that it's kind of adorable.

[Jezebel, despite her protests to this idea, does find herself sucked into it once their lips meet. It's not what she planned or wanted, but it's a kiss - a real kiss - and it does happen to be delivered by a nice looking man who treats her tenderly. It's not that far off the daydream mark. Only her daydreams didn't have such a tactile function to them, that when he pulls away - she's a bit disappointed.

And blushing, just a darker shade of pink. Sheepishly, she rolls her eyes with a slight smile:] I'm so disappointed, how will I ever live now that you've told me that?

[He pretends not to notice the blush. To be honest he's mostly relieved they got through this in one piece. He's quite aware this isn't an ideal first kiss so he does his best not to remark too much on it or say anything too embarrassing.]

Quite the letdown, I know. But I'm sure you'll have your fill of confetti by the end of today, unless you manage to avoid these things.
