[ Quatre, for his own part, had had to share sleeping space for body warmth before, so it hadn't as difficult to accept, but it had still taken a while - and then some adjustment, because once they had gotten in the same bed, the want to be very, very close had arisen, and, well.

That was lovely. It just had needed getting used to.

But that was all in the past now, and Quatre smiled wider at Trowa, his hand sliding over the familiar, firm shoulders as he tilted his face a little to press his lips into the palm of Trowa's hand. ]

Very, thank you. Would you like anything specific for breakfast?

[ By this point, he knew that there were people who stayed in bed late. But neither Trowa nor himself were prone to feeling well without some amount of activity.

Didn't mean that they couldn't back after, if they were in the mood. ]

[Trowa was used to it now. He missed when Quatre wasn't in bed with him. He noticed it. It didn't happen a lot anymore but periodically for one reason or another and he didn't like it.

A faint smile crossed Trowa's face as Quatre kissed the palm of his hand. Trowa just could never get in the habit of sleeping in, even as much as he enjoyed laying there with Quatre. Coming back was always an option]

Whatever you were thinking of is fine.

[The reply was phrased in such a way as to not make it sound like Trowa was expecting Quatre to do it on his own. Unless he was kicked out, Trowa either made breakfast himself or helped]

[ Somehow, no matter how big they were used to acting and thinking (changing the Solar System, running giant mecha suits, space battles - those were always big), it had always been the small gestures that worked the best for them, and they still did. (Stepping in front of a friend was big, then, but then, Quatre had not been himself at the time.)

Quatre smiled a little wider. ]

Pancakes. Though I can try crepes again.

[ It almost never happens, for Quatre to manage to get them right.

Doesn't stop him from trying, now and again. ]

	Well, crepes are basically thinner pancakes. [This was Trowa's logic here. If you messed up crepes, you had pancakes. Not that he was had an issue with Quatre making crepes. Sometimes this endeavor did not go well, but he didn't have his heart so set on them that he would be disappointed if it didn't work] If you want to try them, that's fine. (Reply to this) (Parent)
