[It's felt like just the two of them for the last few years now, like there was hardly even a third party involved and they really have been a couple and in a way it feels good to have finally made that break, to stop thinking he had to wait on Jack to come around and be able to focus on what's real and wonderful, which is this, the two of them. For as complicated as all this has been over the years that part was always remarkably simple. Spike deserves that and he fully intends to spend the next twenty years proving it to him.

[Ianto is doing nothing to keep the volume down either, crying out each time Spike thrusts into him. It starts off for show, something to add to the noise but becomes more genuine once they find their rhythm and he's able to start riding him properly. There are times he misses being human but this is not one of them. Sex has become so much more intense when they're both this strong, this powerful, this resilient.
