In fact, I require it so much that I am considering a double scoop, perhaps mint and vanilla, with sprinkles and whipped cream. Mint ice cream is very good for feeling cooler in the heat. 	My, how very epicurean. [ food isn't something he tends to concern himself with; it is has never been a pleasure to him as it is to the baron. piter simply considers it a vital part of the day, a source of energy to be utilized. what she describes sounds more unnecessary than tasty to him. ] I believe mint is most effective at quelling turmoil in the stomach.
