[Later in the afternoon, Eric can be found in Sector 4 and 5. He's very nonchalant about the bots in general. He's not going out of his way to find them, but he doesn't care if they find him. He's going about his day as if it's normal, occasionally interrupted by kissing, which sometimes is normal for Eric back home. He's casual, comfortable and he'll be happy to start a conversation with you that may or may not include kissing.]

[ seven's just come from kissing data and having to face the emotions that were apparently attached to it that somehow made that kiss significantly more enjoyable than the others she's experienced today, and is not at all happy when the bot snaps the barrier into place. she glares at it, all ice and borg and threatens: ] You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile.

[ the bot, of course, only giggles, shrinks the barrier some, and screeches for them to kiss. ] KISS!! KISS!! LOTS OF KISSING!!

[ only a viking vampire would be unperturbed by a borg drone assimilating another being - likely she will never feel compelled enough to do so, as she's taken the right to individuality away from enough people to last her a couple lifetimes. but, enough about that, especially now that eric's lips are upon hers. still riding the waves of that which kissing data had awakened in her, seven returns that kiss - and feeling emboldened, tries to match his fervor. ]

[In a way, it's very much what Vikings used to do. They went in, they took over (violently) and those that could be assimilated into their tribe were. Those that resisted were killed.

It's certainly an enjoyable kiss, an interesting one and it's over none too quickly, but eventually the bots do let loose a stream of confetti to rain down upon them and Eric breaks the kiss.]

And you've gotten right to the heart of it. How much you dislike this place is in direct proportion to what you've got back home. [ in some ways, it's the same for eric. while he has more materially back home than he has here, he's got sookie in a way he doesn't have her back home. he's got a respite from the vampire politics he's so accustomed to playing and he's got a new experience here that he couldn't replicate back home. at his age, a new experience is worth quite a bit.

he does like the leather jacket. Also, there's a bot sneaking up on them.]
