The fair has come to town! To those of you who have attended a rural county fair, this is pretty much your standard fare. To those of you who haven't, there will be rides, food, games where you can win huge stuffed animal prizes, and also...4 H stuff. Like...cow shows and rabbit shows and horses and talent shows and quilt competitions and...really, name it and it's probably there.

She swatted at him lazily, not actually caring if he stole from her plate. "Crappy fair beer would be the perfect accompaniment to this fair food that you're snacking on." she grinned.

Mercy was perfectly content with what he offered. "Behaving is overrated but I don't want to get the disappointed Alpha face or glowered at or sent to my room again." she snickered.

To emphasize her child like status she stuck her tongue out at him before laughing. "You have no idea." But she was smiling anyways. She took the way too warm to be good beer, and grinned despite it.

"I should be starting a couple days back this coming week, banished to the front desk and simple tasks, but I'm sure that won't last long. Pretty sure I can slide under a car with this brace on."

	Mercy leaned on the table and laughed, a real genuine, happy laugh. "Well I am much better to stare at, I'll give you that." She was going to be so glad to get back to work. As long as no one gave her a pink tool set as a welcome back gift she'd be ok. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
