The fair has come to town! To those of you who have attended a rural county fair, this is pretty much your standard fare. To those of you who haven't, there will be rides, food, games where you can win huge stuffed animal prizes, and also...4 H stuff. Like...cow shows and rabbit shows and horses and talent shows and quilt competitions and...really, name it and it's probably there.

She laughed as he caught her up in a hug. She returned it with her own hug, not nearly as strong as his but, well all Jaime. She kissed his cheek and grinned. "Oh I don't know. You should surprise me." she said with a nod. She was just happy people she liked were here.

It made this whole thing so much better. "I think something entirely too big and gaudy will be the perfect thing to remember the fair by. Don't you?" she teased, because why not? Large and gaudy was terribly Jaime.

"I can do as large and gaudy as you want," Adam said. "But if you want to ride any rides, we should probably do that first. Otherwise, you'll risk losing your prizes."

He hoped she would be willing to ride some of the wilder rides with him. If not, he'd have to go find Nick and drag him away from Kate. Or maybe find Johnny. Adam was a thrill seeker through and through.

Jaime looked at him. Looked at her shoes. Grinned back up at him. "Lets go ride some rides." she linked her arm right through his and grinned. "Heels be damned, I can take on any ride in heels." because, Jaime.

"Let's see what trouble we can get into, Adam." she knew she should behave, a little, for Jeremy's sake. But... Jaime was Jaime and paired her with Adam, well... trouble was only natural.

	Trouble did seem to follow the lot of them around, but it was such a very Jaime thing to say that it made Adam laugh as he tucked her arm against him and headed down the midway. "I think as long as we don't get arrested this time, we should be good," he said, forgetting for a moment that she didn't remember the night at the bar with him, Nick, and Clay. 	Jaime stopped walking, then started back up a step later. Her eyes shining as she looked at him with a bit of a curious look. "We got arrested? "Wait. Clay got arrested?" Jaime was practically in tears from laughing at this new development. "We got stoic Clay arrested?" she had to dab at her eyes, grinning wider than ever though. "Oh well, no of course that would never end well. I'm sure I let you all handle it too just because it was funnier that way." she smoothed a hand over her jeans then leaned on Adam.

"Oh lord I can only imagine. Four of us arrested, he could not have been happy with that one."

	Kate and Savannah had almost been scarier, but Adam wasn't going to mention that since he didn't know what Jaime knew about either relationship and he didn't want to inadvertently cause drama. Not when they were supposed to be having fun at the fair. "It was a helluva night," he agreed. "And we were pretty much banned from ever taking you out again." (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Adam beamed, letting her hit land instead of dodging it completely. "How about the Tilt a Whirl, then?" That was a more serious suggestion because it looked like a lot of fun and her heels shouldn't matter since they'd be sitting. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	She pressed a friendly kiss to his cheek where she'd smacked him. "Now that's a good start to our night right there." And dragged him over. Jaime would happily ride rides, eat, and make him win hee things. She was glad she'd made someone come with her (Reply to this) (Parent)
