+++ 奇跡国 - Miracle Country +++

[The journal records, oddly, not exactly that close to his owner but instead from a Welcome Center lady's hands, as she approaches said owner instead. Haruka can be found sitting at the edge of the fountain in the shopping district, asleep until he's prodded awake by another Welcome Lady who smiles down at him.

He looks up, confused, disoriented and looking uncomfortable, it would seem like he's cranky except it's clear discomfort causing it, not real annoyance.]

[He mumbles out something so low it's inaudible, and when the Welcome Lady only smiles and tilts her head at him, he speaks up, in a terribly accented English.]

I don't s... speak...

[He's interrupted as the women giggle and babble about welcoming him back, and the journal just catches his surprised expression as he realizes where he is and is handed the journal back, before cutting off.]
