This description will be relatively short and sweet in the spirit of the man hosting this event.

Knowing that his former colleagues were likely to have had a few weeks of hell, thanks to the events of St Walpurgis night, Cosmo felt as though it was well overdue for people to have a night to blow off steam. As a result of that, he is hosting an evening with 2-4-1 drinks between the hours of 7 and 9 pm.

Walpurgis Celebrations

It's fairly common for the members of the DMLE to descend upon the Three Broomsticks at the end of a work week. It's become such a regular occurrence that it's spread beyond the Aurors and Hit Wizards at the Ministry and the Pub has instituted a Happy Hour, which has in turn drawn in other members of the Wizarding Community.

It can be a raucous night, with many Witches and Wizards looking to blow off steam, but it's usually a good one. Whether you come to drink or have a meal, people have found it's a great way to catch up with somebody they haven't seen in a while. Occasionally the odd sod from Hogwarts will sneak their way out of the castle and try to blend in. Usually not unnoticed but most at least will turn a blind eye as long as they behave.
