Hi All!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for bearing with me while the last month or so has been a….well, complete and utter car crash for me professionally and personally.

I am looking forward to jumping back into the game now that things are less crazy.

Hello lovelies, Anna here returning from a hiatus. October was a long month. And November is... well, it's happening. Yay me I guess.

Anyway, since I've missed a lot, including a lot of new characters, I thought I'd re-introduce Mundungus, everyone's favorite halfblood career criminal. As I've said before, he's basically a trainwreck and decided to make that everyone else's problem. At Hogwarts, he was a Hufflepuff, class of 1966, and his biggest achievement was a multi-house poker game he held in the kitchens his third thru seventh years. He's been to muggle prison, Azkaban, and has frequently spent the night in various drunk tanks. He'll both flirt with and steal from anyone. Or if he won't do that, he'll at least talk your ear off while drinking. He likes to do that too. While he may be a criminal, he at least knows that you always punch Nazis, so there's at least that. An asshole with a heart of gold, if you will.

So if you haven't had the pleasure of meeting him yet, come on down. Even if we've already had connections between your characters and Mundungus here, remind a bitch. It's been an insane two months, y'all.

Hello! It's Caitlin, here with character no. 5.

This is Zeb Gulch, younger brother of Zamira. He’s 25 years old, Slytherin class of 1971, and employee in the Beasts Division of the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures.

He’s a halfblood and a purist (I know) who believes in wizarding supremacy in the magical world. He deals in criminal creature smuggling. He likes smoking, drinking, and wearing leather jackets with his combat boots. He comes across as very devil may care and is defensive of his background if challenged because at least he has magical heritage (unlike some people tyvm). He hangs around Jamie Goyle and his lot so there’s that as well.

I am hiding in my hotel room for a bit before my next show so here is a Kitty Goyle intro for you. This is Dana again with her absolute last character as adding Kitty is a bit of a stretch for me but I wanted to join the Goyle fam.

She is one full year out of Hogwarts so class of 77, She was a Ravenclaw. She is pretty darn smart. She just does not apply herself. Oops. She has a very big attitude problem. She can be very quiet though. She sort of just sort of sits back and observes. But when pushed she can fly off the handle and is very volitale. She got into a fight with Meaghan in the Library because someone wouldn’t be quiet and respect the rules. God. She swears like a sailor and not lady like at all. But she is definitely quieter of the Goyles. She has her mother’s smarts and her father’s rage. Not the best mix.

Anyway. I would love some friends for her but also accept people she has gotten into duels or physical fights with.

She works at Meadow’s Corner. She has had a number of different customer service jobs as she does not believe the motto the customer is always rights and regularly gets fired for being rude to customers. She supplements her income with being a pickpocket and theif and if you need anything she will do it for a fee.

So people who have hired her before and fired her are also welcome. Anyway hoping to find anything and everything for and look forward to unleashing her on everyone.

Hello, hi, yes, hello, it's Sarah(1) here with a new character. I already have Sirius Black, of course, who couldn't be more different from this guy.

This guy is Maitland Wilkes, and you can find a lot about him HERE.

A few things that most people would know about him:

+ He's head of the Floo Network Authority (since 1965).
+ He's not really subtle about being a purist.
+ He has a wife and four children, including Annie Wilkes. He also has a sister who married into another pureblood family. (OPEN, everyone, talk to me, let's play family lines!)
+ He graduated Hogwarts from Slytherin in 1945.
+ He walks with a bit of a limp from an old Quidditch injury.

Other things about him that people probably don't know - he's a Death Eater, one of the OG who went to school with the Dark Lord. He loves his wife and dotes on her. He loves his children and dotes on them as well, not to mention how proud he is of them (for different reasons).

If your character works at the Ministry, they know him and of his reputation. If your character is a pureblood or purist, they know him. And if your character is a Death Eater, well ... I imagine they know him too.

Anyway, let's figure out lines and plot.

Oh hello fellow friends! It's Sarah 2, bringing my last (and a second lady!), Madam Poppy Pomfrey, matron at Hogwarts, 64 Ravenclaw grad, no-nonsense, take no bullshit, warm but not bubbly, efficient and kind, and overall a good egg.



She was made an orphan at a young age and grew up with her aunt and uncle and 10(!) cousins. They had a farm/dairy and grew pumpkins! She loves her family, but with so many adopted siblings she never really had any privacy or space or things to herself. She loved Hogwarts and the freedom and individual attention it gave her. She was very good in Potions, Transfig and DADA, got into healer training and Dumbledore offered her the position of Matron in 1969 when the old one retired at over 100 years old.

She loves her patients excessively and treats them all with kindness and warmth, and will not tolerate any bullshit that could harm their recovery. She was personally tapped to help Remus when he entered in 1971 and sorry Remus but she has a special soft spot for him. She bought a small house in Hogsmeade and it's her favorite place on earth because it is all hers. She is anti-purist and loyal to Dumbledore, but she also knows she can't publicly say much, but best believe she doesn't hold her tongue behind wards.

She tends to keep people at arms length, her walls up, but when she does let people in she is giving of her time and energy. She is not romantic, doesn't have any desire for marriage or family of her own. She has a line where she had a relationship for a while but he proposed and she immediately shot it down and it ended badly. She does FWB and that's it, or ONS but less often.

Okay I think that's all GIVE ME THINGS!!!

This is Benji Fenwick. Chaotic Ravenclaw (class of ‘64) with a sassy attitude, a talent for shit stirring, and a knack for troublemaking. He’s a hot mess that pushes peoples buttons for fun and is always down for a good time. He’s also a strategic little guy who can bite his tongue around different crowds and be a social chameleon. He likes gossip and snooping around. He also appreciates punk music and Skeeter Davis (don’t ask). He’s a slave to his whims and he just wants to be entertained tyvm. Sleeps around and seemingly doesn’t take himself or anyone/anything seriously. Disowned by his parents, but loves his brothers. Big shrugs about most things. Etc. He is super loyal to his friends, especially the ones he made at Hogwarts, but he is Difficult - spent most of school being contrary, argumentative, and losing house points. Sorry! He’s also a clerk at Borgin and Burkes.

This is Frank Longbottom! Gryffindor Class of 1970 - he was a Slug Club Member, a prefect, and Head Boy. He was pretty friendly and popular in school, a bit of a bully’s bully in that he felt the need to be combative with bullies and/or purists. He’s an auror at the DMLE now and lives in a cottage in Mould-in-the-Wold with his wife Alice. He’s big heart eyes about Alice.

Frank is generally a Good Guy. He tries his best, but he is impulsive. He likes to make people laugh and avoids Big Feelings but will gladly listen to yours. He’s childhood friends with the Prewetts, Arthur Weasley, and Amelia Bones! He likes muggle stuff and Arthur is a true inspiration on that front. He likes getting the scoop from other MoM Departments. He’s just a cool, personable guy out here doing his best.

This is Aisla Bagman, Hufflepuff Class of ‘68 and Ludo’s little sister! Aisla is a seamstress and shop clerk at Madame Malkins in Diagon Alley. She’s a bit too friendly and misses important things like red flags. She’s a fun loving vegetarian with a big mouth when it comes to equal rights but she can’t fight so please don’t come at her. She lives in London with her twin brother Otto in a crappy little flat that she loves. She’s fond of ABBA (and fleetwood mac and joni mitchell and queen) and talking to house plants.

Greetings and salutations! My name is Caitlin and I’m new here. I’m a bookworm, museum hound, and cardigan hoarder. I live in NY and spend my time consuming pb&js and literature. It’s a pleasure to meet you all!

This is going to be post one of two as I’m bringing two new faces into the game. To start, we have Regulus Black. Regulus is as repressed as they come. He’s been with the DEs since he was 16 (thanks mom) but is as of yet unmarked and currently having doubts (which he hides very well). He loves his family and will become a contortionist to fit the mold set out for him if that’s what it takes. He’s got resting bitch face, is still in school (seeker and prefect tyvm), is deeply closeted, and is a jealous little monster when it comes to the people he cares about. That being said, he’s very close with the Carrow twins and his family - the ones who aren’t burnt off the tree tyvm (even though Sirius is secretly his favorite ugh).

Intern with the Department of Mysteries in the Time Room

Forever being forgotten, even though he's kind of clingy and bad with understanding personal space. He loves to cuddle.

Excellent at listening, makes a mean cup of tea, knits, prefer clogs over regular shoes, and known to stress bake

He never asked his housemates any questions about what they get up to. He adores them, cleans the room and makes them tea and crumpets for when they get back.

He's totally had a girlfriend but she lives in France

Hey y'all hey y'all

Abby here and I'm bringing in a problem child. This is Basil. WWN actor, aspiring comedian, gayer than a tree full of monkeys on nitrous oxide, Hogwarts class of '71, and that rarest and toughest of magical beings... a muggleborn Slytherin. His family was never particularly hip on the whole wizard thing so he's cut ties with the muggle world as much as possible (with the exception of some of the pop culture) and he's tried to integrate himself fully in the wizarding world. Unfortunately for him he's trying to do this by forming ties to various purebloods as the 'good, knows his place mudblood' while maintaining a white hot core of antiestablishment rage underneath it all, a decision that surely won't come back to bite him later on. But when you're thrust as a preteen into a world where your fellow housemates are telling you you're subhuman and an aberration you maybe make some iffy choices to survive. More info in his bio, etc, etc.

Long story short gimme all the things. Fellow snakes. People who bullied him in school. People that he bullied. (Because this kid's coping mechanism was being a dick.) Fellow muggleborns to either commiserate with him or give him major side eye. Other people in the arts/media. Purebloods to be, well, all the different flavors of purebloods. Gimme.

Hey! I'm Karissa, new here. This is Pamela Goyla, younger sister of Fanny and Jamie. The youngest Goyle, Kitty, is still up for grabs and we are DYING to see her. Think about it. ;D

Melly's twenty-three. She's five years into playing Chaser for the Falmouth Falcons, immediately following a five year stint playing Beater for Slytherin ('73) at Hogwarts. For three of those years, her partner in crime on the pitch was her older brother Jamie. They were terrifying together, it was beautiful. She was team captain in her sixth and seventh years.

She tried to fit in with the high society crowd until mid-third year when she finally accepted what everybody else already knew - she is not Fanny. Melly's friendships (especially after her Wannabe Fanny Era ended) would have included those of inferior blood statuses who were willing to avoid making it an issue with her for the sake of friendship. I'm interested in exploring the shifting landscapes of these friendships ICly as I'm sure these are Challenging Times for that kind of understanding. If they've allowed it, Melly would still proudly count among her friends the upper crust Pureblood sorts who were kind to her during a time in her life when she faced a lot of rejection and was the constantly the butt of the joke/a great source of entertainment. That would have meant a lot to her!

If your characters knew her in school, they would have witnessed her stop trying to be a lady and go Full Goyle. She spent the rest of her time at Hogwarts being her authentic self, reigned in only by her dedication to quidditch and her desire to stay on the team and (eventually) become captain. Since Hogwarts, she's still basically got the same thing going on, except now she's playing the "wrong" position and doing it professionally. Feel free to see her app HERE for more details! Mels is indelicate as hell but she's definitely a good time and she is fiercely loyal to the people she loves. I'd love to plot out LOTS of fun backstory with everyone! <3

Here is Molly! The Molly we all know and love. My first time really playing her so woo.

She is caring, motherly, looks out for everyone. But she is no-nonsense and stubborn and will worry about everyone!

She was formerly a healer-in-training before deciding to be a full time mom. She now has 5 kids. If you want to judge her for her choices and not living to her potential, you are welcome to. But she will tell you shove it because she loves her choices.

She will be here to offer space and home to those who need it, even with the 5 kids. Yes, the woman overworks herself.

Anyway, friends, parent friends, school friends, people who don't like her I accept it all!

Also, she will tsk and call out purism because gosh you all suck okay.
