TV sitcom apartment: includes.... The sitcom apartment comes with a REALLY annoying laugh track. And wacky NPC neighbors who keep coming over and making lame jokes, and acting like the battle royale going on is not happening. None of the food in the kitchen of the apartment is real, and since this is a sitcom aparment it looks like all the furnishings came from Ikea.

He waited for the phone to pick up on the other end, figuring he was probably waking his dad up, but … oh well This wasn't quite an emergency, but he needed to make this call when Wes wasn't around, and well, Wes was asleep right now. |

WHAT: Evelyn arrives at the mansion
WHEN: Sometime Sunday afternoon
With the encouragement of her parents, Evelyn had packed up her bags and left the Baxtor Building and New York City, for the quite of the country and the Xavier Institute. She was a little nervous about arriving at the school in the middle of semester, and hoped that she wouldn't have too much trouble fitting in with everyone. She wasn't sure if she was the superhero type, but that's why she was here. To learn more about herself, her powers, and hopefully figure out what she was going to do with her life.
Whatever it was, she was going to do it with style though. The taxi dropped her off at the door, and grabbing her Prada suitcase from the trunk, she strolled up to the front door in her brand new Channel dress, Jimmy Choo shoes and knocked on the door.
