My First Kiss
Who: Echo (dittoparrot) and Pan (pantastic)
What: A friendly visit
When: Monday night
Where Pan's labyrinth apartment
Warnings: TBA?
Standing outside Pan's door, a bag of take-out Chinese food in one hand and the other poised to knock, Echo felt uncharacteristically nervous. Or maybe that was just Bastian moving and reminding her that this probably wasn't a good idea. Either way, she had butterflies in her stomach and was giggling like a schoolgirl even though she knew full well there was nothing giggle-worthy about this situation. In fact, as she took a few deep breaths to get herself out of her spastic mindset, if she really wanted to be honest with herself there was no reason for her to think this visit would amount to anything more than a typical visit to a good friend.
She had never been over Pan's apartment before, though that was more because she didn't exactly live within walking distance. As she finally decided to knock she wondered if it would look anything like she imagined it might. Would it be decorated like a true bachelor's pad with all sorts of perfectly set traps to lure women into dropping their panties at the door, or would it be ridiculously clean and look like he hired a professional to pick out everything? Maybe it would be a cross between the two; she was sure it somehow reflected his inner self much like the little touches she had added to her place with Narcissus reflected hers.
Bouncing on her toes as she waited for him to answer the door, her mind going a mile a minute as she smoothed down her summery dress, Echo closed her eyes for a moment as she realized how hurt Narcissus might be if he knew she was there. She wasn't going to stay over, which is what he said he'd have a problem with, and he was hopeful that he wouldn't get mad at her for visiting and eating some dinner with a friend. It wasn't like anything was going to happen... most likely.
