Hearing Pan snort, quiet though it may have been, gave her pause. While Echo had come here with full intention of seeing where things might lead with him, he either didn't get her brand of sarcasm or had changed his mind between her arrival and their brief conversation.
It's not fine, but what he doesn't know... she let the final sign trail off as she shrugged. Echo knew now what was bothering him, her skill at reading body language far better than her ability at conveying sarcasm through sign language, apparently. Stepping inside, she looked around for a table to place the bag on, wanting her hands free as she contemplated her next actions. Her appetite had all but vanished anyway.
Biting her lower lip, she turned to watch him standing by the door. There was a vein visibly twitching in his jaw, a sign of his agitation. Echo carefully moved closer, not concerned about how he might react. Looking up at Pan with wide eyes, Echo reached out and gently rest her hand on his shoulder. She hadn't come here to toy with him, and she needed to make him understand that no matter what it took.
Once she had his attention she did the one thing she had been wanting to do since arriving, pushing herself up on her toes to finally kiss Pan. She started out soft, almost gentle and sweet, but found her control slipping after a moment.
