If you feel suddenly deposited in a weird world surrounded by strangers, or if someone you care about's been affected, please don't panic. If you need help, if you're injured or just trying to figure out how to eat and where to sleep, please let us help you. We're doing our best to sort out why this happened and how, but it's gonna take time.

I have decided to bring back an old tradition of mine that I have not done for many years: THE GREAT OKTOBERFEST PARTY!

I'm sure you've all seen Dr. Chakrabarti's notice. I've selected you all as my team to help me get this poison, because I know you can work well together and I need people I know how to work with. This is to save lives, so I know I can count on all of you to work with me on this.

As you all know, recent events and current projects have exceeded what we can accomplish within the small harbor clinic and we can't keep pulling too much away from the hospital. I've spoken with Agent Todd (he may have been over-stressed about this poison beast and therefore easier to manipu discuss solutions with) and apparently there is a sub-basement under the hospital that is not being used. I would like your assistance in refitting this as a covert medical facility for dealing with the strange and supernatural, as well as a way to care for those of us that tend to require a glamour.

First, I would like your agreement that this is something we need and should strive for.

Second, with that agreement I would like you to reach out to your own contacts, people I am not entirely close with yet, to see if we can get help with the heavy lifting. In addition to this, I am not foolish enough to think that some sort of black market hasn't been put into place here. If you know someone who may or may not* know about this, please see if they would be willing to help locate and donate supplies to keep this up and running outside of our lovely little town.

Third, I apologize for taking charge on this as I do truly see us all as equals. I tend to do this often and I promise it is not intended to be seen as any level of arrogance. I very much would like us all to have equal footing in this venture and therefore welcome any further ideas.
