Sooooo there's some pretty decent sales at Frisky Business starting tomorrow. These sales may be really appealing to some of you. This is me being casual and also keeping discretion as a priority.

In other news, I heard someone might've drowned yesterday. Is that true?

Do you think it's time to accept that we're here for the long run, and we might need to start putting aside money for the kids? What if they sprout up to college age all of a sudden and don't remember going to Hogwarts? We might have to send them to a university. Or - some other unforeseen adventure could come up at any time, and there's no Gringott's here.

It's been really nice working part-time, almost like having a vacation. But maybe I should think about getting a second job.

I've spent the better part of the day trying to find my way back to Chicago. I'm not having much luck with the Nevernever, so the Ways are all but shot. Mostly I'm just impressed that this computer equipment isn't fizzling and dying. So with that, I've been watching this network. It's kind of like the Paranet back home. And your beer sucks.

I have discovered something called a yoga pant. While I still prefer to let my skin breathe, my ass looks fantastic in them. Small victories, yes?

Good Morning on this fien Monday. It has been a bright morning with low fog and All's Well. It looks as if the lighthouse has been very active as of late, so it is my hope that many of you recieve friends and loved ones. I, too, have had someone I care dearly for arrive, so I can join you in that good mood.

For our newly arrived friends, I am Carrot Ironfoundersson. I was a Captain of the Night's Watch in Ankh-Morpork, and am an Officer of the Law here at the Fairharbor Policing Department. I also participate with the Rescue teams and have met a few of you. Welcome!

All right, we've got more new people in this month than we have in a while, so this is me telling you to be nice to your new neighbors, blah blah blah. A few came in last night, too, so if everyone could be friendly for a least a couple days before you start screwing with them, that'd be great.
