Empire Ants

While digging through an old flash drive, I came across icons I made nine years ago for a long since deleted LJ account. Since they're still fairly decent, even if also very clearly dated in style, I'm sharing them here. Enjoy some random Cowboy Bebop icons from May ‎‎2010 while I get back to working on these Riverdale requests~

This may actually be one of my favourite game franchises ever. There's just something about the lore and the gameplay that draws me in time after time (and tbh I'm quite excite for the next installment because Daud and Billie, my preciouses).


( Shoot him through the heart with a loaded pistol... )

This game has consumed my life. And the DLC took me from wanting to slaughter Daud in very elaborately creative ways to actually cheering for his redemption. (Also, yes, that is a random Whaler at number 32. I left it in there because if you really wanted to you could say it's Daud. And because I didn't want to skip from 31 to 33.)

Images were gathered from the wiki and are all concept art, official art, or screenshots. To the best of my knowledge, I didn't include anyone's fanart.

I wanted a few extra icons for one of my characters. Twenty-six pages of tumbling later, I only even stopped for the sake of bandwidth (and sanity!) preservation. Several of these, such as the pregnant photos, aren't even relevant to my interests, but I figured I'd go ahead and icon all images of decent enough quality.

This is part one of two, the second of which will also include banners. It has been split for ease of loading.

I got bored halfway through trying to make a non-specific set from the tv spots and movie trailers in the Anime Legends box set, so I just iconned Spike and Faye instead. There may be more to come, if I can convince VLC that fast-paced promos require fast-paced capping or if my smallish hard drive can handle full-episode capping.
