If the lighting and colouring of
Riverdale are hell to fix, then those of
Veronica Mars are like two hells at once, coated in that colourful cellophane you put on pot luck dishes around the holidays. Seriously, who decided it was a good idea to oversaturate the yellows in every scene using more or less the same exact shade as the undertones of a character's skin? Who?
They should feel bad for doing that. I had an absolutely miserable go at trying to find a balance between making sure I don't accidentally whitewash Weevil and trying to get icons that don't make me wonder if I've gone colour blind.
These were made before I discovered a helpful trick with photo filters, so they're a little more questionable in quality than future sets - at least in terms of saturation and skin tone accuracy - but I don't think they're terrible or anything. So here you go, yet another set made entirely because I have a new muse who needs icons.
( What do we have here? Vandalism? No, no, no. Only vandalism that happens in this town goes through me. )
