Empire Ants

I didn't wanna throw out screencaps that were iconnable while I was digging for Jughead in this episode. So, have some icons of Joaquin in Riverdale 3.06: Manhunter.

The less said about my pure hatred for the related plotline, the better, but heads up that there's a few icons of a dead character who's been branded with a cult-like sigil.

Idefk what to do with the storylines on this show anymore. But, wow, the people in it sure are easy on the eyes. And since I'm a firm believer that the internet needs more of Rob Raco's face, I'm here to pay my contribution. Everybody wins, yes?

Hopefully these came out alright. I reached a point of fighting with the godawful blue tone in this scene where I gave up and went 'well at least he doesn't look quite like a zombie anymore.' Please to stop with the ~*dramatic and moody*~ colouring of scenes, Riverdale. Sincerely, an iconner whose hobby takes three times as long because of said colouring.

Dear Jones family: please install some lights in your bloody trailer. Sincerely, an iconner who's tired of fighting the darkness. No, I'm not Betty Cooper, I swear.

This is a super tiny set from Riverdale 2.20: Shadow of A Doubt, featuring multiple croppings of what few glimpses we got of Joaquin (Rob Raco) in the episode. Fingers crossed that we'll see more of him in the future, because Rob Raco's face is glorious. And I have a Joaquin muse.

Apparently, I have chosen a hill to die upon and its name is "the internet needs more icons of Rob Raco." While I get all gross and corpsified up here, feel free to poke around. Most of these are black and white, since I sourced from Rob's instagram account and that seems to be his preferred aesthetic.

You know what the world needs? More icons of Serpents from Riverdale. *sage nod* That's my excuse for making this set of Rob Raco as Joaquin DeSantos in S1 and I'm sticking to it.
