	The Inspector always said that time could be changed, but not once you know what it is. Although sometimes, he said that time can be changed ONLY when you know what it is. And other times he said it could never be changed, and other times he said it could ALWAYS be changed. I imagine it's very complicated. (Reply to this) (Parent)
