Okay, in an effort to keep this organised I'm going to list a little timeline about what happened in Scotland last night, take a headcount, and an ooc log of last night's meeting.
1) 19:30 - Rufus's mum brings down food for everyone
2) 21:00 - actual meeting begins
3) 22:00 - meeting ends, those who wish to stay are put up in scrimeour houses and those who wish to leave can leave
4) this morning - rufus gets a headcount from those wishing to stay
5) this afternoon - tents arrive for our brave law enforcement
Headcount 1: was your character at last night's meeting?
Headcount 2: did your character stay and/or come back this morning?
Meeting: The gist of what Rufus is saying is that with the government overthrown it is up to them - the law enforcement - to make things right. He would make it clear that he fully intended to fight back as hard as he could and that anyone willing to stay would be welcome. He'd make it equally clear that he felt it was their duty to act but that he understood the danger it put their families in and that they had to decide what they would so of their own free will. Also, he would suggest that the hierarchy be maintained but would leave that up to popular vote. Any suggestions, concerns, or comments would of course be taken.
