In their attempt to be the most casual wedding in the whole game ever, aside from the whole getting married in the Sacre Coeur basilica thing, Jo is wearing this dress and Pepper is in jeans, his steel-toed work boots, a white shirt and hxc leather jacket. The ceremony itself is super simple, basically just vows with a celebrant and signing of a certificate and such. Characters who don't speak French get to smile and nod. (Pepper will not be using his middle name. It Does Not Exist.)
Afterwards they will start their pub crawl through Montmartre at a fairly low key pub where they can grab some food and a drink before moving on to higher-energy places with music and dance floors. Probably at some point not long after Grady leaves Pepper and Jo will oh-so-subtly disappear for a little while, leaving their friends and co-workers to either mock them or merrily pretend they're not aware that they're off having sex in a bathroom.
