Danica had gotten used to having someone in her bed at all times now. Eyes closed, she held Kara close, the blonde's head tucked under her chin so that her beautiful space goddess had the song of her heart to find comfort in and sleep. With her arms wrapped firmly around the other girl's waist, she kept the pillows around them in a perfect set up so that they felt secured. This was one of the night Danica slept, though she had made it a habit to lay with Kara every night with eyes closed to meditate and be with her lover.

Today was a special day. Wonder Woman had conversed privately with Kara the night before when Danica had gone out to 'run an errand' for her mother. Wonder Woman had revealed that today was Danica's birthday. While Diana had wanted to spend the day with her daughter alone, she also knew that Danica was not willing to spend the day without Kara. Asking Kara to spend the day with her daughter, the older heroine had humbled herself and hoped that the blonde would honour her request. The day after, Diana would take them both out on the town as another gift to Danica.

Now, Danica didn't know about this. Nor did she know about Kara's plans. The dark haired goddess only knew one thing that morning. That Kara was in her arms, and that was all she could ask for.

Stephanie had been going to school and living with Chrissy for the past month. Waking up on Saturday mornings was currently one of the best things in life!

Rolling over onto her side, she snuggled back into Chrissy, enjoying the feeling of the older girl draped around her. Closing her eyes, Stephanie waited for her older counter part to wake up. Today was the first day they were going out to patrol...well, tonight.She didn't know what time Chrissy was planning on!

"I would. If I could." Danica replied, but her system didnt allow her such a luxury...she wasnt like Dionysus. She couldnt laze about and sleep so much! "I sleep sometimes." She said woth a shrug.

"No." Danica answered honestly, before heading towards the shower again. Getting in, she was wet soon enough. The water was perfect!

Steph didnt even make a.move to get off. Chewing part of her waffle thoughtfully, she used just regular syrup.

"You're the one who ordered.the spread of spreads..." She chuckled.

Didn't Danica want to dream? Having her mind working all the time would drive Kara insane. Naked, she flew down into the shower. Joining her lover there, she snuggled up to the front of her body.

Chrissy was going to spoil Steph from now on, after what had happened before...

She did not want Morpheus to be putting images in her mind. It was the only way he ever wanted to talk to his family, and it freaked Danica out sometimes!

"Creepy?" she asked, chuckling. Maybe some of them were. But you couldn't chose your family!

Snuggled against, she wrapped her arms around the blonde again, holding her as she leaned down to kiss her ear gently.

Even thought Stephanie liked her waffles with some odd things on it like...gummy bears. She just wanted plain right now.

"I do." She nodded. She had been working on her black bat costume. It was the one she wore when she had been going out with Danica to patrol. They had decided to take a break, which the taller girl had agreed to. Dancia had wanted to concentrate on Kara.

"You really want to throw a bus?" She asked, eyebrows lifting. "I thought Batman was all for the power of man and what not, with the technology and gizmos?"

Why was Danica chuckling? It wasn't funny! Kara's family wasn't as strange. Though her family was incredibly small...being from a dead world, and everything.

"Yes. Haven't they ever heard of knocking? Or doors?"

Kara didn't like interruptions. The topic they had gotten on was getting her upset again. The blonde was shaking, having turned pale and getting a frightened look in her eyes. Already she wanted torun back and hide in bed.

Luckily, Chrissy didn't have gummy bears. Gross! Finishing her first waffle, she poured syrup on her second. Her workouts with Steph had been making her eat a lot lately!

"Well...yeah. Don't you? I'm not Batman, if you haven't noticed. Besides, the strength enhancement provided by my new suit is provided by technology and gizmos. And...and a bus is technology," Chrissy defended herself.

"They have. But they do not feel the need to do so. We are talking about centuries upon centuries of bad habits they have yet to kick." She said, shaking her head with a small grin. If this were Olympus, Danica would be throwing doors open in rage! Because it was fun.

Feeling Kara shake, she started to feel bad. That was not how she wanted Kara to be, she wanted the blonde happy. "I think we should get pizza today. I love pizza." She changed the topic. Did Kara love pizza too? She had to, considering the amount of pizza Danica could eat!

Tilting Kara's chin up gently, she pressed a kiss against her lips. "We can do whatever you want today."

"Not really." she shook her head. She'd rather kick something! "Oh trust me. I've noticed." Waggling her eyebrows, she gave her a cheeky grin before going back to her waffles.

"Gizmos are fun." she commented, chuckling as Chrissy mentioned a bus to be technology. It was true. But still! "Alright, so you throw a bus at a villian. That might kill them..."

Already starting to tune out, Kara couldn't help it. She had a stress tolerance level of zero anymore. Any stress and she just started shutting down.

Not responding, she continued to shake. This wasn't good! She was supposed to be the one taking Danica places today. All her plans for her girlfriend's birthday were going to be ruined...and thinking about that only made her worse.

Sighing, Chrissy rolled her eyes. Steph knew what she meant. Why was the younger girl so hard on her when she tried to be creative? Her suit was the best thing she had ever made! Way better then her mother's hand-me-down costumes she had been wearing before.

"And...so? Have you ever noticed how we capture the villians and they just end up escaping to hurt or kill more people? Why not stop them for good if they won't surrender?"

"Kara?" Danica blinked. Her girlfriend was still shaking!

Staying there, she held her, closing her eyes. What else could she do? Nuzzling the blonde, Dancia held her close and tight.

Stephanie tilted her head. Did Chrissy really want to be getting into this. Because she was starting it, and she knew how much Chrissy hated when she started getting all smart. Stephanie could argue just for the hell of it, her smarty pants side made her push buttons she knew Chrissy didn't like pushed.

Steph wasn't being hard on the creative side of Chrissy's armor building skills. She was worried about the killing part.

"That is not our choice to make, Chris." She said, hoping the blonde would stop there.

It was a long time before the shaking stopped, but it eventually did. Kara was broken...and she wasn't getting any better. At least she hadn't cried this time. What could she say? It was awkward in the aftermath of one of her panic attacks.

"I will make us spaghetti tonight. How does that sound?"

She couldn't take back what she did. They could only move forward. Not moving from her lover's arms, they were both thoroughly wet by now...and they hadn't done anything. Nether sex or showering.

"We should probably do something."

Shaking her head, Chrissy didn't even respond. Her experiences lately had shown her that the superhero way wasn't so super. Being shot tended to be a life altering experience.

"It sounds great." Kara was talking again!

Danica didn't care if they didn't shower, or have sex. At this rate, they should have taken a bath instead though.

"Like what? Do you want to teach me more of that X-Box thing we have?" she asked. She didn't know if she could continue to play it...she'd gone through three remotes out of sheer frustration! It was a good thing Kara hadn't show Danica the game God of War.

What was Danica thinking? Playing Xbox in the shower? They would get electrocuted! Feeling the shakes begin again, this time she was ready. Pushing Danica back, she grabbed her wrists and held her arms apart. Kissing the Amazon hard, she lifted her right leg and ground her knee between Danica's legs.

They were invincible. They couldn't get electrocuted that bad...

Pushed back, Danica hit the wall in confusion only to be restrained by her girlfriend and kissed hard. That she hadn't been expecting, but it was nonetheless arousing. Groaning as she felt the right leg grind between her thighs, she shook her head in an effort to clear the sudden haze of arousal.

Floating up, Danica had to use her own ability to fly too, just so that the knee in her crotch wouldn't hurt her. Deciding on a better way of doing this, she reached down and took hold of Kara's waist, leaning back and fliping the blonde over.

Dizzy for a moment, she wasn't used to anything remotely this animated anymore. Before she realized what was going on, Danica had already begun using her mouth upon her. Crying out, she flailed her arms, for all the good it did her.

With Steph done eating, Chrissy summoned the autochef to clear the table. Following after her girlfriend, she went to the high tech bathroom and began to remove the little clothing she wore. Looking less then thrilled, she turned the shower with it's multiple showerheads on. Getting the water lukewarm, Steph could adjust it from there to her liking.

Hearing her girlfriend protest, the brunette grinned as she continued to lap at the folds before her.

"Taking me out?" she asked, all confused by the notion. Kara didn't like going out right now. Why was she taking her out? "What for?" did she find a new shop she wanted to go to?
