Danica had gotten used to having someone in her bed at all times now. Eyes closed, she held Kara close, the blonde's head tucked under her chin so that her beautiful space goddess had the song of her heart to find comfort in and sleep. With her arms wrapped firmly around the other girl's waist, she kept the pillows around them in a perfect set up so that they felt secured. This was one of the night Danica slept, though she had made it a habit to lay with Kara every night with eyes closed to meditate and be with her lover.

Today was a special day. Wonder Woman had conversed privately with Kara the night before when Danica had gone out to 'run an errand' for her mother. Wonder Woman had revealed that today was Danica's birthday. While Diana had wanted to spend the day with her daughter alone, she also knew that Danica was not willing to spend the day without Kara. Asking Kara to spend the day with her daughter, the older heroine had humbled herself and hoped that the blonde would honour her request. The day after, Diana would take them both out on the town as another gift to Danica.

Now, Danica didn't know about this. Nor did she know about Kara's plans. The dark haired goddess only knew one thing that morning. That Kara was in her arms, and that was all she could ask for.

Stephanie had been going to school and living with Chrissy for the past month. Waking up on Saturday mornings was currently one of the best things in life!

Rolling over onto her side, she snuggled back into Chrissy, enjoying the feeling of the older girl draped around her. Closing her eyes, Stephanie waited for her older counter part to wake up. Today was the first day they were going out to patrol...well, tonight.She didn't know what time Chrissy was planning on!

Kara had gotten really bad about getting up. Not wanting to face the world, sleeping was an escape from everything. When she finally woke up, she was disoriented. Not knowing where she was or even who she was, it took nearly fifteen minutes for her to sort herself out. Today was...Danica's birthday.

Clad in her Supergirl pajamas, the blonde tried to disentangle herself from her lover without waking her. Peeling the arms off one by one, she then rose up into the air. Stretching as she floated in mid-air, she then turned and placed a kiss on Danica's lips.

No more public school for Stephanie! As her girlfriend, Christina had gotten Steph enrolled at a private school. They would have to cut back on dates once they started patrolling at nights again. The after school naps was the only thing that kept the only human superheroes from falling asleep on the next day. Feeling someone snuggling her, Chrissy grinned and murmured appreciatively. Hugging the younger girl to her, she opened her eyes to see Steph in her arms.

"Mmm. Morning. You were amazing last night...where did you learn that thing you did with your tongue?"

Danica, who normally didn't sleep, didn't mind it though. She was willing to do anything for Kara, except maybe punch babies...so she often stayed in bed for as long as she could before getting restless. And when she did, she went to the training area in her mother's house to keep herself busy until her girlfriend woke up. It kept her from jumping Kara's bones all the time...young super people seemed to be incredibly horny!

Feeling the soft touch of lips against hers, Danica felt her eyes flutter open to wake up to the sight of Kara floating over her. Flying was such a gift.

"Beautiful you...when I look up, there isn't anything but beautiful you." Danica murmured, the words falling from her lips like poetry as she drank in the sight of the blonde.

Kara hadn't meant to wake Danica up. Blushing at her lover's words, it wasn't something she expected so early in the morning. What was she supposed to say to that?

"Uh...since you are up...shower sex?"

Seeing Kara blush, Danica moved to sit up, planting another kiss to the blonde's lips as she was soon asked for shower sex. Raising an eyebrow in amusement, she nodded. Getting out of the bed, Danica slept in a tank top and shorts most the time, unless they hadsex the night before...which was more often than not.

Gathering the towels, she went back over to Kara and took her hand, and leading her to the showers. She turned on the elaborate system and smiled. She liked that the showers were like the ones she was used to and enjoyed.

"How did you sleep?" Danica asked quietly, getting naked. She went to Kara, pulling the shirt over her girlfriend's body. Leaning down, she placed kisses against her neck, hands moving behind her to hook into the elastic of the pants and move them down, groping her rear and pulling her into her body.

Still floating, it was easier dragging Kara along this way. Taken to the showers...if you could call them that...the blonde still wasn"t used to them. Wonder Woman's was a little odd...

"Good. Did you sleep at all?"

Asking Danica how she slept was a waste of time. Her lover was an insomniac! Looking around the showers fearfully, this was her least favorite place in the house. Getting walked in on by her girlfriend's aunts had not been a good experience. Her flannel pajamas removed, she resisted being pulled closer.

"Danica...my underwear," she reminded.

Grinning, Chrissy gave Steph's clit a long rub before getting out of bed. Missing the look on her girlfriend's face as she talked about being jealous, she had no idea Steph might be up to something. Grabbing a sports bra and panties, she slipped them on then headed to the door.

"That is the plan."

"Autochef, waffles with syrup and a variety of jams, as well as honey and butter please," Chrissy ordered.

Kara didn't like Danica's non-sleeping. It unsettled her, knowing her lover was awake when she wasn't. Still preoccupied with searching for intruding family, she might not mind Diana walking in on them. But strange goddess aunts? Definitely not them. "No." Danica answered honestly, before heading towards the shower again. Getting in, she was wet soon enough. The water was perfect!

"You really want to throw a bus?" She asked, eyebrows lifting. "I thought Batman was all for the power of man and what not, with the technology and gizmos?"

Why was Danica chuckling? It wasn't funny! Kara's family wasn't as strange. Though her family was incredibly small...being from a dead world, and everything.

"Yes. Haven't they ever heard of knocking? Or doors?"

Kara didn't like interruptions. The topic they had gotten on was getting her upset again. The blonde was shaking, having turned pale and getting a frightened look in her eyes. Already she wanted torun back and hide in bed.

Luckily, Chrissy didn't have gummy bears. Gross! Finishing her first waffle, she poured syrup on her second. Her workouts with Steph had been making her eat a lot lately!

"Well...yeah. Don't you? I'm not Batman, if you haven't noticed. Besides, the strength enhancement provided by my new suit is provided by technology and gizmos. And...and a bus is technology," Chrissy defended herself.

"They have. But they do not feel the need to do so. We are talking about centuries upon centuries of bad habits they have yet to kick." She said, shaking her head with a small grin. If this were Olympus, Danica would be throwing doors open in rage! Because it was fun.

Feeling Kara shake, she started to feel bad. That was not how she wanted Kara to be, she wanted the blonde happy. "I think we should get pizza today. I love pizza." She changed the topic. Did Kara love pizza too? She had to, considering the amount of pizza Danica could eat!

Tilting Kara's chin up gently, she pressed a kiss against her lips. "We can do whatever you want today."

Already starting to tune out, Kara couldn't help it. She had a stress tolerance level of zero anymore. Any stress and she just started shutting down.

Not responding, she continued to shake. This wasn't good! She was supposed to be the one taking Danica places today. All her plans for her girlfriend's birthday were going to be ruined...and thinking about that only made her worse.

Sighing, Chrissy rolled her eyes. Steph knew what she meant. Why was the younger girl so hard on her when she tried to be creative? Her suit was the best thing she had ever made! Way better then her mother's hand-me-down costumes she had been wearing before.

"And...so? Have you ever noticed how we capture the villians and they just end up escaping to hurt or kill more people? Why not stop them for good if they won't surrender?"

Stephanie tilted her head. Did Chrissy really want to be getting into this. Because she was starting it, and she knew how much Chrissy hated when she started getting all smart. Steph wasn't being hard on the creative side of Chrissy's armor building skills. She was worried about the killing part.

It was a long time before the shaking stopped, but it eventually did. Kara was broken...and she wasn't getting any better. At least she hadn't cried this time. What could she say? It was awkward in the aftermath of one of her panic attacks.

"I will make us spaghetti tonight. How does that sound?"

She couldn't take back what she did. They could only move forward. Not moving from her lover's arms, they were both thoroughly wet by now...and they hadn't done anything. Nether sex or showering.

Danica didn't care if they didn't shower, or have sex. At this rate, they should have taken a bath instead though.

"Like what? Do you want to teach me more of that X-Box thing we have?" she asked. She didn't know if she could continue to play it...she'd gone through three remotes out of sheer frustration! It was a good thing Kara hadn't show Danica the game God of War.

With Steph done eating, Chrissy summoned the autochef to clear the table. Following after her girlfriend, she went to the high tech bathroom and began to remove the little clothing she wore. Looking less then thrilled, she turned the shower with it's multiple showerheads on. Getting the water lukewarm, Steph could adjust it from there to her liking.
