OUT OF CHARACTER

I've been away for so long the update page looks different or something... woah.

I mean, hi! I'm technically back from my hiatus! Ha. Well, by that I mean.. I am back, but I'm currently studying for my finals, that will end on May 1st. So, I'm back, but April is going to be a pretty slow month gaming wise. So... be patient with me, and if I die on you don't be afraid to give me a nudge - I'll probably just be crying over my studies!

I've missed the game so damn much!!!

Oh, also... yeah, I think I'll drop The Narrator. Basically... he never got involved, and I don't have the time to get a character established at the moment... and I'm pretty sure no one wil snatch him up before May incase I decide I want him back.

So... if anyone wants to scene with me, I'm up for threading and email-logging once more. It's unlikely I'll be on AIM because... well, it's easier to study and thread than study and chat. So... my email is anotherdistantfriend@gmail.com, please, abuse it as much as you like.

So, for those who aren't super framiliar with BTVS (and I'm sure that's pretty much nobody, lol), Dawn is all mystical magical key to other dimensions including those not so nice ones. And I am a sucker for character punishment. So if anyone had any baddies that would want a nice little key girl, I'm so open for it. Let me know. Aim is target0target.

This is Lois Lane, and everybody here should greet her with cookies and welcoming gifts (like those nifty jello mold things), just because that would be the nice thing to do. Or maybe not… I don’t think she has an exceptional liking for such things, so ignore me and get on with your lives, minus the cookies and jello for the newest arrival. She won’t accept them. Or maybe she will, but then when you turn your back she’ll kindly fling them into the nearest trash can.

But yes, this is Lois and she doesn’t know what she’d doing in Los Angeles, considering that she was in Metropolis minding her own business (that’s a lie actually) and being quiet (another lie) when some guy showed up and… she’s not sure but she ended up waking up here.

Sooo… I will be getting the first post up for her soonish and if you want to do anything with her just give me a ping at SomeWeirdCat on aim.

Ack, I forgot to post this! Korrin here, bringing you the lovely Narcissa Black-Malfoy of the Harry Potter verse. I couldn't decide where to bring her in, but I've settled on post-Deathly Hallows.


Also, I dropped Obi-Wan, much to my not wanting to and stubbornness and yeah. His muse wasn't stirring anymore, but I'm keeping his journal in case I wish to play him again, because I do adore him so. ^.^

Julia for the last time (I promise) here with Hunter Niall from the Wicca/Sweep/Dark Magic series. If you've ever read the series, he's just come over from book.. crap.. book something where he was watching Cal carefully but he ended up here instead. He's 19 years old, a witch (not a warlock) and is a seeker for the International Witches Council. Which basically means he seeks out all the nasty witches and the witches the council wants. Dangerous job, but someone's gotta do it. He's a bit confused at the moment by the lack of the sun, and is extremely worried that the dark wave, which has killed many witches before him is upon him. He wants to right it because everything is all out of balance. Erm.. He's never used a wand, he relies on rites, rituals and the elements plus spells and he's English. ;D Because I just have a thing for playing English boys.

If anyone wants to plot with him, you know what to do. :D I'm also on AIM as tame the donuts but you're pretty much a celebrity if I sign on for you.

Okay, so I really hate to do this. Especially considering the fact that I'm so spamming friends pages all over the community right now and you can kill me in a minute if you'd like. I'm going to drop Princess Yue and John Bender basically because well, I love them both as characters but the muse is gonegonegone on them. So I still have Arthur Mumby, Elizabeth Swann, Danny Fenton, Sidney Jenkins and I think that was it? Ugh my mind's gone blank. I promise to also get back to everyone with tags a bit later.
Just a question here, has anybody read the series 'Sweep'? It's also known as Wicca in the UK and Dark Magic in some other country. I was thinking of bringing Hunter Niall in but I wasn't sure if I was just having a fan girl moment or I seriously wanted to play him.

This here is Marie-Christine, aka the slayer from 1789. She’s from France and can be a little stuck-up at times, although she’s starting to mellow out a bit. Currently, she’s 18 years old and will likely be very confused after be taken from her own time, only to be dropped off at some random street corner. I kind of wanted her to join Angel Investigations, because I think she might enjoy that and besides, it’s not like she has anything else to do, or anywhere to go for that matter. Actually, she has a little girl with her, who she seriously wanted to adopt, so she won’t want to be out on the streets for long.

This is Spike. Spike says hi. Spike has a soul. He also died. Now he's back and he's not sure why. And haha that totally rhymed but not on purpose. Anyway! He's just arrived from whatever hell ridden dimension he was in, although he really hasn't got any memory on it. The last thing he does remember is climbing into the Hellmouth with a pretty little necklace, helping Buffy and the Scoobs save the world, and then dying there. That's it. So he'll be confused/pleased to be alive/even more confused. If you want to plot with blondie bear here, just let me know! Plotting is fun and I'm usually up for anything so long as it isn't too crazy (depends on the crazy, I think).

Gotta ask, playing a potential hero, here -- what's the policy on swooping into other threads and saving people?

I realize that there might be a specific plot certain writers may have going on between their characters, and cluttering up a post with three people is never as fun when the third person is out of the loop for good reason. But I'm fricken Batman, yo. Falling from the rooftops or forming out of the darkness is what he's all about, and dropping monsters like the bad habits they are seems something he's likely to do. There are a few threads on the main board I see that are currently trailing off with, "..and there were six vampires, all bumpy-foreheaded and bloodlust-y coming at [characters here]."

Darla/Fred. Or Veronica/Zuko, though I think the bender and the dog have this one covered.

Also, I'm SD. Hi. You can get at me through { torrid tree tops } on AIM. If my two new applications are accepted, I should be playing Bruce Wayne, Hugo Reyes (or Hurley) from LOST, and Seifer Almasy from one of the Final Fantasy games.

Tamara, your friendly neighborhood co-mod here, just letting you guys know exactly why I dropped a good 7 out of 10 of my characters. As many of you know, I'm getting married in a week. My fiancé has been in the Middle East since the beginning of October and I realized that I had picked up so many characters in order to help better occupy my time. I got really lonely and having so many characters to focus on, along with moding (which I love - I think I like the organization tasks that come with moding better that gaming itself sometimes, lol), my jobs and classes, helped keep my mind off of that fact. However, with him returning home in a week, I fear holding onto characters I'm never going to get any real use out of again. And with the preparations for my marriage and his return, I've already started to neglect muses, thus made the decision to drop Sokka, Bruce, Duo, Q, Ben, Leslie, and Henry. To those my dropping characters affects, I'm sorry. Don't worry Queenie, I figured out an alternate way to do the thing that I originally wanted Q to do, so all is good with that.

I'm holding on to Angel, Anakin, and Zuko, who have been my main muses in not only this game, but other games on the now-dead GJ. So, if anyone is up to plotting with those three, let me know! And please, while I'm in modly update mode, if there are any important events you feel need to be added to the timeline, let me know on that post and I'll add it in! :D
