Who:Douglass Shauri, Katie Bell When:August 12 2009 - BACKDATED Where:MI7 london What: A spot of tea questioning Status: Complete, log
Shauri had spent a lot of his time at the office this week doing his part to question the MI7 operatives. Interrogations were not limited to field agents or medical personnel. By now, they'd finished with those two categories and were making their way through the analysts.
He glanced at his folder to see who was due to come in next. Katie Bell. He didn't recall ever meeting her, but there were few reasons to mingle with analysts. Seeing the door open, he smiled benevolently.
"Miss Bell. Thank you for coming in. Sorry to tear you away from your work," he said kindly. |

training the replacement |
[Jul. 23rd, 2009|12:19 pm] |
Who:Douglass Shauri & Judith Morley When: Thursday, 23 July 2009 Where:MI7 London What:Douglass starts training Judith Status: Inprogress
Douglass had sent Judith an email earlier in the week setting up this afternoon's training time. His left arm was still in the bloody cast from fingers to elbow although he supposed it could be used as a weapon if need be. At least he could still wiggle his fingers a bit, even though it hurt, it made him feel not so totally useless. Section C was getting sick and tired of having him in the office. Douglass Shauri was not a good man to be on desk duty. He felt paperwork should be used to roll cigars and was anxious and temperamental at feeling useless.
Thank God for this firearms training. Blowing off a few rounds would be good for him. Making his way to the medical area, he knocked on the door.
"Morley? You ready?" |

Who: Many Weasleys, The Order, Assorted NPCs What: A Weasley party on Bill's boat is interrupted by Majd, intent on capturing wizards for live magical experiments. A fight ensues. The coast guard goes after the vessel after an alert from the shore. MI7, attracted by the magical activity on the boat, arrives to capture wizards for live magical experiments. A larger fight ensues. When: Evening, July 10, 2009 (OOC NOTE: Predated to weekend.) Where: Bill's showboat. Rating: R for language and violence.
"Would someone please grab some gingerale for the kids?" Bill called over his shoulder as he squeezed through the narrow kitchen door. In his hands, he carried a bottle of dry bubbly and a few glass flutes. Several more floated behind him, one of many small magical excesses performed by Bill that day as he vented his feelings about using magic without worry. There were no muggles aboard, and they were far enough away from the coast that he was not worried about any disturbances they might cause.
The boat had set off around noon on a impromptu family getaway when Bill found a hole in the ship's busy schedule. The day had been spent lazily with some swimming and low flying broomsticks over the ocean after they'd come into clear waters.
Now they were gathered in the sky lounge on the top deck where the stage and bar were located along with a small dance floor and a few small tables. Bill lowered his offerings onto the bar and glanced out one of the porthole windows. The sea was clear. "Have all the flyers returned?" he asked the room. |

Secure Internal Email |

TO: AllAgents (IRS Section C Field Agents, active and reserve) FROM: SomersetD (David); SUBJECT FW: This Won't Do
Team, just got this email from the Director. Field Agents are authorized to act to contain this security breach.
TO: SomersetD (David); FROM: burbageg(); SUBJECT: This Won't Do >David, > >If you haven't seen the Telegraph and the Guardian, then you should have. >Please look into this. I wish to continue running a secret intelligence >service. > >G. Burbage, Director, Intelligence Research Service
Someone is violating the Official Secrets Act. If it's a member of IRS, they've committed treason.
In detail, I want to know: A: source of the leaks. B: how long they've been leaking. C: Anything else the Telegraph knows that they haven't printed. D: Anything the Guardian knows.
I also have to urge caution. Newspeople often assume that any official attention means they have something worth investigating.
As usual, agents are expected to report findings as soon as feasible, and to take initiative in pursuing objectives.
I'll need your status reports before the weekly section-head meeting. I trust you will provide me with better news.
Somerset. |
