i was wondering what everyone thinks about others here reading/watching their lives? do you not like when people do it?

because i don't think i like that my story is on the tv for everyone to see

but i really don't want to give up reading comics

so i don't think its fair to tell people not to read stuff or watch stuff and was wondering what everyone else thinks?

The series, comics, and novels basically follow Buffy from the time she came to Sunnydale and is still continuing far beyond its destruction. There's more, showing Angel over in L.A. with his team.

And, well. You were a main player for a great deal of that. They... kind of show everything. In a fair amount of detail. Your human life, how you were turned. What happened with your mum. You, Angelus, Drusilla, and Darla wreaking havoc across the world. You coming to Sunnydale. You fighting against Buffy at first, then later the chip, and your turn around. ...Your relationship with Buffy. You winning your soul. Sunnydale's end and you showing up in Angel's office, and far beyond that. But you're not there yet, so I won't go into details there.

I'm sorry. I did say they didn't spare much.

You ever had a story touch you, make you feel less alone in a world where it seems like no one gets it? It's just a story to them. A story about a girl who fought the monsters, about the people who fought alongside her, about the sinners who fought for their redemption. Some people, yeah, it's surface entertainment for a Saturday night. Others? It's deeper than that.
