I was talking to my doctor the other day and we're working out a birthing plan and god doesn't THAT make it sound real? and she asked if there was anyone I actually wanted with me when the baby is born. You two are the only people I really trust with that.

we're decorating the christmas tree at my house. i've never done it before. usually there were people who came in and did our tree but this year i get to help put everything on it and even choose some of the ornaments. it's really cool.

and then i think we're going to make cookies. what kind of cookies does everyone like? what kind of cookies does santa like? i figure if all the monsters are real here and batman and superman are real then santa has to be real somewhere. right?

None of you have reason to answer any question I pose. But I don't know where else to turn the internet has only made things far more complicated for How far have After 28 years I should kn. Can anyone explain the options available when one finds themself with child?

Listen up folks.

Some of you know that my husband is a prophet of the Lord. Some of you don't. Well occasionally when there's major angel/demon/Lucifer related things about to happen, he gets a head's up. That happened late last night, but he didn't get a chance to pick up on details and now he's practically comatose from the pain.

Long story short, something Lucifer-related is about to go down and it's going to be bad. No, he doesn't know what exactly. What I'm saying now is that we should all start preparing. I know we don't have details on what to prepare for, but patrols should start beefing up/becoming more frequent, and no one should go anywhere alone. Those of you who've been to the camp and know how to shoot and fight, or those in general who know how - even if its just defending yourself - get armed, stay armed. If you need a gun or knife, come by the Roadhouse; I've got a pretty large supply of weaponry I've massed over the last couple of years and I can loan or give you something that suits. Archers, I know that Clint & Robin have been making bows for a few months now, so if you need one I'd recommend going to them and stocking up on arrows.

Just because we don't know what's about to happen doesn't mean we can't get ready for general bad. I hope we all get through whatever this will be


ETA: Marian has offered extra lessons in archery and sword practice for those who need it. If people want to come by the saloon today, I can work on knife practice. If anyone else wants to offer up any extra lessons/help, let me know here so I can add to this post and those wanting the lessons can reach you.

Well, moving house and cooking a rather large feast for this holiday in the space of a few days. I expect it helps that I don't have many belongings.

I've been doing a bit of reading up on this Thanksgiving thing which I'm sure Hermione'd be stupidly smug about and it says you lot are essentially celebrating a time in which you raided the land of Native Americans, drove them from their homes, and ate their turkeys. Or something.

That's all sort of barbaric, isn't it? Celebrating how thankful you are that you've stolen other peoples stuff?

Not that I'm complaining. There's a ton of food to eat. Just thought it was interesting is all.

Would one of you be able to watch Henry tonight? Make sure he does his homework, gets a shower, goes to bed on time, all that? I need to be with a friend right now. I don't know how long I'll be.
