Not a God, no. Still sorry to be the bearer of bad news, though. Some people get zapped back to their own realities really quickly. I've been here about a year, now. Others have been here longer. The Seal is really unpredictable. You never know when you'll go back. We just finished one but I have a Netflix, so we can wait til you get here and pick something together, if you want. She won't; Steph's cool.

Ha, awesome! There's a tiny snag in that, you'll want to talk to ~~my ex~~ Connor Temple or one of the Winchester brothers; they can help you get ID and make you legit and everything so you can get a job pretty much anywhere. For now, I got the tequila ;) You get it next time. Yeah that's the place. I live here. I just gave Sheldon directions...take a cab. I'll pay for it; do not walk at night. Where are you now? I'll give you directions to give the cabbie.

A year? Jeez, that's rough. Has anyone been back after going home? If time passes there like it does here, that's a lot of creative explaining to do. Netflix is a thing of beauty and I could use something resembling normalcy before I really embrace the crazy going on here. So, thank you and I will make my way over there now.

Oh crap. I didn't even think of the ID part. I don't exist here. Could you give me the contact info for one of those guys so I can call them tomorrow? Once I have an income, I've totally got the tequila. For now, you are my hero. ;) I'm at the library. How far is it to the complex? I've got twenty bucks on me and considering the warning, I'd say it'd be going to good use in paying for a cab.

...yeah, actually, a lot of them have been home and back again, I think. I haven't ~~thank God~~ but I have a feeling if I went home there would be no coming back. So...I'd rather stay here, even if it is a fucked up weirdo nightmare. But a lot of them say they go back to the exact moment they left from, give or take. Oh, totally! ♥ Hope you don't mind dogs...I've got one and he's kind of huge, but totally chill, I promise.

Yeah, neither did I. You can usually just filter to them or else I can give you Connor's number. I think it's still in my phone somewhere. Yay, it's not often I get called a hero haha Oh, Sheldon's at the library, too. Why don't you guys meet up and share the cab? It's like...five-ten minutes somewhere in there? Uh yeah, very well spent. The complex is rent free, so I'll show you guys where the amulets are and like the kitchen and the med bay or whatever else you wanna see, find you guys some rooms and then we can watch a movie and break out the tequila. Gooood times. lol

You'd choose this over home? I'm almost afraid to ask. But, I mean, if you want to talk about it or whatever, we can totally do that. If I'm going to go back to the moment I left, let's just hope it's not after ten years here. That would be an awkward conversation. Are you kidding? I grew up in farm country. I am a fan of animals, dogs included.

Oh. That's handy. I'll try that first. Hey - in this situation, you definitely qualify for hero status. My glass'll be raised in your direction later, for sure. Sharing a cab seems like a good plan, so I'll track down Sheldon and do my best to wrangle him out the door. God knows how he's going to adapt to a new home, but it's better than the alternative. I think the limited tour will be great for now. If I need to find more, I'm sure I can explore once I've settled in.

Tequila + movie = grrrrrrrrreat times, lol

I could lie and say it's only because of all the awesome friends I've mad and my fabulous new boyfriend, cool job, and all that, but it's only partially that. You don't wanna know. Long story for another time, if you want. Oooh...I never really thought about it that way since it won't work the same for me. That would be awkward! ~~Probably not a great time to mention that some of us stayed here long enough to have and raise childr~~ Just making sure :) Zeus is really a sweetheart, your only imminent threat is being licked to death :P

~~I really should delete it~~ I'd really recommend Connor because he can fake records and stuff, too, not just the ID. But if he's not still doing it or whatever, the Winchesters are good for it, I think. Haha, Sheldon can fanboy about the superheroes all he wants...but that will feel surreal. Never had a glass raised in my honor, unless you count New Years Eve 2001 and the wardrobe incident but I've been trying to forget that for years :P haha I have a feeling that, considering the company, he'll probably adapt pretty well once he gets over the inevitable 'wtf?!' stage. You, too, really. The complex is the safest building in the whole town, so exploring is totally doable with no risk. I say do it up; that's how I did it.

Ohhh, we are gonna get along just fine, Penny. ;)

Oh, boy. Sounds ominous. And intriguing, so maybe definitely someday if you feel like sharing. I am gonna have to hear about the awesome friends, fabulous boyfriend, and cool job. Hm. If I ask why it won't be the same for you, that's probably getting into the "story for another time" thing, isn't it? Okay, okay, but just know you're not making it easy to control my ~~nosiness~~ curiosity. Sun ages your skin, but that's a lot of age in the face to blame on lack of sunscreen. Aw, Zeus sounds adorable! :) I can't wait to meet him!

Connor, it is then! Might as well go all out if I'm gonna be here a while, right? Aaaand there's another story I'm going to drag out of you, even if I have to feed you shots all night. :P I...think I'll wait and see on Sheldon's adaptability here. Superheroes are yay, but he really, really likes things a certain way and woe be the person who forces him to change. See, I like that word "safe." I am totally on board with safe.

Ever watched a horror movie and thought to yourself how much it would suck to be the main character? I'll leave it at that for the time being ~~and spare you the gory details~~. Oh, I could talk forever about all that. Get some wine in me, you'll see haha. And yeah...little bit. If you really wanna know, I don't mind sharing, but it isn't pretty. He is, I love the crap out of him. He's a St. Bernard...but totally a big baby ~~as opposed to the guard dog he was meant to be~~.

Ouch. Say no more. I gotcha and suddenly totally understand why you're not in a rush to leave this place. Thaaaat's the plan! Is there ice cream at the complex? Because that's going on my grocery list ASAP. I can sort of guess based on what I already know, so we'll just leave it as something we can talk about if you ever want to, but I completely get not wanting to open up that can of beans. Double aww! I used to have a Golden Retriever growing up, but St. Bernards have got the so ugly they're too cute thing going on.

If I had a planner, I'd put that at the top of it. Since I don't, I'm going to put it on my mental to do list and hope for the best! Trust me, I have a few of those stories, myself, and get really chatty when there's alcohol involved. Tit for tat or whatever. LOL, just keep your fingers crossed for me. We've agreed to room together. Know any good locksmiths, by any chance? Sheldon's pretty good about not breaking my "Don't Wake Penny Until 11" rule, but I'd rather not chance it. ~~Not to mention he nearly gave me a heart attack the last time he came in the room in the middle of the night.~~ Considering the boogeymen out the front door, I'm a fan of Fort Knox security.

Yeahhhh... Um, usually there is, but I haven't been in the main kitchen in a while. I have half a pint of Cherry Garcia you can have at, though, if you want. ♥ Eh, it's no big...by now I'm kinda used to it but mainly I was trying not to freak out the new girl, see. I know right? Plus, the big ass cuddle bug thing is kind of awesome, not gonna lie.

Haha we'll have to swap stories for sure, then! Fingers effectively crossed. I'm not sure...you could ask around though. There's so many of us around here, there's bound to be somebody who's handy with that kinda thing floating around. ~~I don't blame you...you took him and Leonard breaking in and cleaning pretty damn well, all things considered. I'd have probably~~ Yeah, it's a pretty big plus, I gotta admit.

Maybe since you're, you know, helping out in the fight against evil or whatever, the universe'll give back and sort of...change the ending to your story. And so much yes. Definitely! Let's just make sure no one is recording any of it. Or has installed hidden cameras. You just never know. I'll ask around and maybe have a look around town tomorrow while I'm trying to sort things out as much as they can be. If I don't have luck right away, there's always the old fashioned option: something heavy in front of the door.
