I can fix this. Whatever it is that's going on, I can help. I can take care of Lucifer and the Seal and Hell and everything else, all of those people hurt and killed and drawn into deals with the devil. Just give me a little time. I can make this universe better. I can send all of you home, if that's what you want, or if you've made a life here that you want to keep, I can make that happen.

You'd love Gallifrey. We call it the Shining World of the Seven Systems. The skies are burnt orange, with fields of red grass stretching to the horizon, and forests of silver climbing the mountainslopes. You would have cousins there, and siblings, nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews, uncles, aunts. You could learn at the Academy, if you wanted to, or come study with me, or Romana. You could have your own TARDIS, or we could travel together.
