It seems the Seal decided to give up a Nestene Power Source. Now this is just perfect! I have hidden it so they can't find it.

Hello, old friend.

Well. That was an interesting week. Woke up back home on Gallifrey, in the presidential suite no less, last Friday. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem except A) I haven't been the president in a very, very long time and B) Gallifrey is gone, twice over, so really, waking up anywhere on it is very, very bad.

As it turns out, waking up back home was much worse than I'd thought. I wasn't there but ten minutes before someone tried to kill me. I thought that was a bit strange, considering the someone was a Time Lord and all, and not the Master or the Rani, but then it happened again. And again. And again. There were four assassination attempts in all before the week was out. Well, I say four, but it may have been five. Seems another version of me did something monumentally stupid and cracked the Skasis Paradigm. It didn't seem to help much when I told the assassins I wasn't him. One ignored me, and the other three decided they ought to eliminate me before I stole the code and went back to my own universe to rewrite it.

Anyway! Long story short, the other me's going to be a bit put out when he gets home. I happened to accidentally leave the renegade Time Lords all the information they needed to put their universe back to rights. Oops?

I can fix this. Whatever it is that's going on, I can help. I can take care of Lucifer and the Seal and Hell and everything else, all of those people hurt and killed and drawn into deals with the devil. Just give me a little time. I can make this universe better. I can send all of you home, if that's what you want, or if you've made a life here that you want to keep, I can make that happen.

Just trust me. That's all I ask.
