I can fix this. Whatever it is that's going on, I can help. I can take care of Lucifer and the Seal and Hell and everything else, all of those people hurt and killed and drawn into deals with the devil. Just give me a little time. I can make this universe better. I can send all of you home, if that's what you want, or if you've made a life here that you want to keep, I can make that happen.

Just trust me. That's all I ask.

A Romana who wasn't forced to live through the war. I could have changed more than that, could have erased the Daleks and everything they did entirely, but it wasn't necessary. I didn't completely rewrite the timelines. I just edited them a little.

She's happy. So's Leela. So are your families and friends. Imagine it. Gallifrey restored, and no one need bear the burden of the Time War but me.

The one that loved you then. Well of course she stands with you. Without my experiences, without my time as President, my time on Skaro. Of course she wouldn't know any better.

I was smart then Doctor. But I was not wise. And you know that.

You changed my timeline. You changed my history and countless others too. You made yourself a god. You made yourself everything you always swore never to become. And I feel sorry for you
