Wild Vallo

Darlings, we spotted the portal creature in that meadow on the southeastern side, closish to the pond. It was resting, poor thing, but didn't stay that way all that long before an arboreal animosity made a most auspicious entrance and it flew off.

Does anyone have eyes on it?

Saw it taking off toward the coastline before disappearing again. Feels like it's everywhere and nowhere at the same time.

We may need to do something from a distance so as to not startle it and my hand-eye coordination extends to a perfect winged eyeliner without a mirror, which is quite the skill but unnecessary for this.

I love this optimism, darling, I'll strive to display it myself! I keep thinking if I could get a grasp of the magic, I could create something to balance it, but it's not an illusion, it's not a charm, it's very nature-y and that's never been my strong suit.

I'm actually at the compound now. I saw Trinket a few days ago and he about tackled me when we finally got out of the forest. I saw Velora too. She's actually the same age as I remember from my Vallo, so that wasn't too much a shock.
