Looking for community input since Google doesn't always cut it and I still don't really trust it after That One Time -

    1. Who came up with the whole dad shorts/Hawaiian shirt fashion combo? Why? I'm not judging, I'm just trying to understand.

    2. Passed the whole motorcycle safety thing and am ~legally cleared~ to buy a bike but those things are pricey and just blew money on a vacation and 438438 shark steaks for vengeance. Better to get one used? Should I buy a junky one and get it worked on over time? I don't know where to start, I want one now.

    3. Mattresses are too soft. We've been through like, two because I have claws. Do I need to get this shit enchanted or something? Do they make sturdier mattresses for the not-fully human folk?

Only when I am in Beast form, but yes. My partner is also, um. Very strong - if that's not too much information!

I'll email you a list, tear-proof blankets have come in handy also for the sake of comfort as well.

fdkjfdjkfdsjk Oh. I get it. Because - same. Not that I have the strength issue in this relationship but yeah.

Thanks! We got spoiled with soft and fuzzy blankets, we don't want to sacrifice the comfort part.

I suppose the both of us are stronger than normal, but yes. Furniture must be hardy in the case of some relationships.

Indeed! It's important and valid to want to feel comfortable during times of rest. I just sent you a list - most are from the minotaur shops Rogue mentioned below. I hope you find something you like.

A whole bed to replace sounds a lot more expensive than just a mattress though.

Nice. I don't know why we didn't look into this earlier but I guess it takes a pattern of routinely tearing up basic stuff for us tor realize we needed something more sustainable.

You kind of live and learn? Or experiment and see what happens - there are bed casualties though, yes. It's inevitable.

Sometimes you just don't think about these things right away! Not to mention there's also plenty to worry about and be concerned with here anyway.

Didn't know you had it in you - Good for you, man -

Yeahhh, good point. It's been kind of quiet around here anyway so it's been nice focusing on the mundane crap for a change.

I enjoy the quiet too, personally. It gives me time to focus on the mundane and my own research and other projects. Plus my daughter is on summer vacation and we can do all sorts of experiments together to keep learning while having fun.

How old is she again? I know someone who was raised by robots and experimenting/science became her life in all the weird ways.

She's six, going to turn seven soon! She's very smart, however - I would love if experimenting and science became her life but that will be up for her to decide as she goes through this journey.

I literally know nothing about children or raising them BUT that seems like a good approach. If she’s a nerd like you and ever wants to explore a space ship let me know, there are pets involved.

Oh, she would love that! And meeting She-Ra-- She is very interested in space and learning about the cosmos. And pets too, of course.

We're pretty much space newbies but we're familiar with the ship enough. And it's got a bunch of historical space archives from our universe that are kind of cool? It's all in weird projection/hologram form.
