Greetings! Dr. Hank McCoy here, and I come with a query posed to the masses.

Recently I discovered the school I was formerly Headmaster of (Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters - renamed to be the Jean Grey School for Gifted Youngsters) found its way to a section of the forest, close to the city line but still nestled within the trees, plenty of space around it. I don't aim to re-open it as a school (we have many educational institutions already, which is wonderful to see!) but would instead, potentially, focus on the Danger Room? There would be sessions available for all ages, of course, children and adults - various training exercises would be offered, and any powers are encouraged depending on the scenario (some allow the trainee to focus on other ways to come out on top of a situation without using powers).

With summer right upon us, I thought it would be beneficial! For both parents and their offspring, or anyone who would like to get in some extra training. Holographic simulations and artificial environments are mainly how the training exercises are offered; there's also always an 'observer' in the control booth to ensure safety and proper function of the mechanisms in place. Eventually I hope to do some upgrades but that's a whole other endeavor.

Would there be any interest in a Danger Room program being set up?

Interesting! Do you have to be a necromancer specifically to create a skeleton army, in your home?

Oh yes, it was an art, a skill, blah blah blah, but necromancers are all over the place there, so it wasn't like we had a famine of morbidly grim assholes or anything. I've never been able to do it, thank God.

Morbidly grim assholes, I like the description. That must be a requirement, to be a necromancer?

Some necromancers aren't so bad. Sex Pal was fine. Mostly it was Harrow mucking about, making faces like she's been sucking on a lemon since birth. I think being bone obsessed just comes with the territory. I'm sure you've met scientific types who specialize, and lose the ability to people.

I have, yes. Always a shame when that happens! Luckily I've managed to avoid going down that road myself. It helps to have plenty of support and people who, well, help you remember how to people.

I did my best with Harrow. I feel like she made improvements. We're not quite up to her making "that's what she said" jokes but she's sleeping more, so I'll take it. Do you have a terrible sleeping schedule? That seems a constant with your type.

Sleeping more is indeed a goal for the likes of us! And I do, yes - well, granted, my sleeping pattern has gotten a lot better since I became a father, which may seem backward but. I simply can't pull all-nighters in the lab anymore, is the thing.
