You're doing great! It must be really disconcerting but just stay calm. Working yourself up won't help.

I know, they've said they are working as quickly as they can. Just hang in there.

I'm not really sure. It's not something I ever thought would happen, not in real life anyway.

Umm I think it was a lady called Emma, she said it was her fault but she was working on fixing it.
