So now that I've had sufficient time to recover from the oddness that was Halloween, and get moving on my lesson plan, I can now say with confidence that I look forward to Winter break.
And does anyone have anything alien or strange handy for me to study? Something you wouldn't mind loaning out for awhile? I know it's an odd request, but it's just too good an opportunity for me to pass up. Knowing there's proof out there makes me curious. |

My, my! What an interesting place! I'm not quite sure where I am, but I see a large tower with a clock on it! Hmm, I do wonder how I got here. The last thing I remember was that rather aggravating woman stabbing me with a fire poker and then a large gust of wind. But I've never heard of wind being inside before! Oh dear! This certainly isn't like Discworld at all. Can anyone please help? |

Sometimes I really wish I worked at a more interesting university. This Astronomy course of study is beyond boring.
The closest thing to fun I have is the Astrology and Mythology courses I'm teaching. |

I hesitate to allow myself to believe that I was somehow sucked up by a tornado and dropped into a world not unlike my own, but wholly different.
Because if I were to allow myself to believe that, then I'd need to find Scully and dish out a big "I told you so".
I don't suppose there's anyone out there that would care to explain to me what just happened? Or why I'm sitting at a desk with the nameplate 'Professor Mulder' on it? |
