During my last patrol, I heard some merchants saying that someone else got arrested. I risked checking the area they had mentioned and found something - a woman's shoe and a handkerchief. They looked pretty ordinary but the handkerchief has the name "Cindy" embroidered in it. Is she one of us?

I've heard terrible stories about this place - and the shit that happened on the Museum of Witchcraft was pretty hard to forget - but this is worse than I thought. There must be something else we can do. I wish the General was here.

So what exactly is the plan? I get it, we're going the pacifist route first, but those not used to it have nothing to do and are getting restless and are unprepared. Unless the plan was to let those guys get arrested it should not be happening. And that's not even mentioning the weird shit in the woods. So again, what's the plan?
