So guess what?

I have a job.

I was out shopping yesterday while Leo was at work, right, and they were doing auditions for models for this store called The Gap? Weird name, right? But anyway, I auditioned and they called me back and they want me to model for them! It's only a few hours during the week and on weekends, since I have to be at school, but now I'm making money too.

And by the way, I hate school. It sucks. They don't even have Quidditch to make it bearable.

Oi! School does not suck. It's brilliant! I mean, yes they're teaching you all the wrong things, and what they do teach you is wrong. I mean theory of relativity was brilliant, but it's completely wrong. Well not completely, but completely.

Still, school is for texting, and scones, and pillow parties and... learning, and fun, and friends, and all the wonderful things that come with all of that! Like sweaters with school names on them!

	Oh my god, I would never wear a sweater with a school name on it. I had to wear a uniform while I was at Beauxbatons, and that was enough of that. And yes it does suck. I want to be out in the real world, learning real things, instead of in school learning which wizard did what. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Wizards are great things! Love a wizard. I mean, usually stories of great wizards turn out to be me, but no matter.

REAL things are fanta--did you say Beauxbatons? Well that's just mental, isn't it? That's from--oh right.

Fictional in reality, sure okay...

STILL! Sweaters with school names are cool. But yes, the real thing is far more brilliant. It's far more impressive to go meet these people they talk about, and generally a lot more fun, and usually far more different than the text books.

	Yes, I said wizard. There are a lot of us here, you know. I'm one, and there's Harry and Ron and Hermione, and tons of us really. Right! The real world is so much better, I don't know why I have to stay in school. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Well because you can't learn all those things in the real world, at least the past things, without books and pictures and all those wonderful things! I mean unless you have a time machine--which I do! Or did, don't now... working on that.

Not going so well.

HARRY POTTER?! Oh that's just, well that's brilliant! I loved you all in the Seventh Book, such a good book. A bit pretentious though, coming back from the dead and all.

No matter, JK was brilliant! EXPELLIARMUS!!!

Right! That's right! You must be Delacour! GABRIELLE! Brilliant! Didn't read much of you, but you were Fleur's sister. Oh... didn't see much of her either.

Still, always great to meet someone from a fandom.
