I lasted all of two weeks before rescuing a cat. Call me crazy but I like having a companion around and I miss Chewie mine like crazy. So, meet Winston. And here's to hoping that historical figure doesn't show up.

Ha. How many did you go through before you learned that lesson?

But cats have no thumbs, so significantly less threatening than Doom or Loki. Definitely more threatening than Egghead, though.

I feel really disrespectful right now, because I honestly don't remember. A dozen?

Egghead...

That's... well, I don't want to say terrible. But at least you're optimistic that you could keep them alive?

Hank Pym's arch-nemesis. Head actually shaped like an egg. Pretended to be more of a bad guy than he really was.

It is pretty terrible. I didn't buy any more until a crew member offered to feed them, so at least I'm was responsible once I realized I was a fish murderer.

Wow. Poor guy. I'd be cranky too.

Carol:
I'm sorry you're getting hassled tonight. If it gets to be too irritating, I can abuse my SHIELD status and have a talk with him.

At least someone was willing to take pity on you.

We've come across a few really... special ones.

Shepard:
Nah, don't worry about it. Bones is about to find out just how hot I can get if he doesn't let up, but I can handle them.

No kidding. At least until I paid an arm and a leg for an automatic feeder.

Apparently. The evil cat appreciation thing makes a little more sense now.

Carol:
I figured, but I thought I'd offer anyway. For the record, I think it's a good name. And a good-looking cat. Very dapper.

A girl's gotta get her kicks somewhere. Having an evil cat? A pretty good way. Especially if I can keep them on my side.

Shepard:
I half suspect they're drunkenly trolling me, which I'm used to. You sucking up, Commander?

It's certainly not the worst. I've had some questionable allies over the years myself.

Carol:
Not at all. Unless it's working, then maybe a little. Someone needs to even out the drunken trolling.

That sounds like a story to me.

Shepard:
Maybe a little, but I'm still pretty impervious to sweet talking. I'd say the drunken trolling is being negated effectively.

More like fifty.

Carol:
I'll take it.

I had to google what trolling means, by the way. Thanks for that. I know have a label for what Garrus does 99% of his time.

Gotta get started on those at some point, you know.

Shepard:
We all end up with one of those, don't we? Peter is mine, and the reason I even know the word in the first place.

I figured I'd save them for working on your plane, but there's always poker night? Do you play?

Carol:
Joker is probably a better fit for the term, but he's not here.

Hey, I need money for a plane first. Who knew? I never usually have enough time to play, but I've got nothing against making up for lost time.

Shepard:
I think you're just surrounded by jokesters. Even more so if you've got a friend with the nickname "Joker".
