I wish you all the love and affection I and your fellow kidnapees can provide you on this day, which, excepting your birth and the beheading of Anne Boleyn (which, of course, helped to initiate the English Reformation), is entirely unremarkable. I'm very happy to be your friend.

Unusual, but, given your sizable imagination and active fantasy life, unsurprising.

I'm glad I could bring you joy!

You're just the sweetest little machine brain I've ever seen.

Not a machine. But, thank you! I am not sure I am actually capable of anything but kindess, sweetness, passive-aggression, geniality, amiability, friendliness, and mild to moderate annoyance (which breeds pettiness, of course), but I appreciate your noticing nonetheless!

No no, machine brain. It works like one. I know you're not a robot, you said you weren't!

Oh! That is new. I like that.

I got a brain like that. Ain't easy, being like us.

No, but I would think it would be more fun. I could run the numbers, to see for sure?

Yeah, roll those dice.

Okay!

Concrete thinkers with logical, sequential reasoning tend to have 13.2112% more fun than those with 'normal' brains - IE, brains that rely greatly on emotions or past experience to come to conclusions in each individual situation.

Yes. It is factually correct to say that, in a general sense, the party starts with us.

I am currently visiting my boundless void. It's a mess in here.

Can I go there?

Yes! But only if it is the last thing you do. The sheer power and magnitude of being in a boundless void has been proven to liquify human brain tissue.

Sure! Just call for me as you're dying, and I'll take you there. I'll even make sure to clean before you come.

Yay! That means that I now have three. Is that enough to be considered popular?

Great! I enjoy this feeling. Popularity is entirely preferable to being liked because of your unquenchable urge to help.

I don't really have a lot of friends. Though-- I was class president.

That doesn't matter; we've already established that three friends is suitable enough for us to be considered popular.

How large was your school?
