it is not. it is a multiverse thing. sometimes it is stupid here, like the time the maze tried to eat people, but otherwise it is okay

It sounds a little ominous when you say it like that. "Your soul is cursed to linger in an eternal limbo for the rest of time" instead of "it's another reality and we haven't figured out a way back yet."
