Not really, no. Do things you both like to do, show an interest in the things they like, show them things that you like that they might not be familiar with. Talk to each other. Pay attention. It's really not any different than being friends.

Just don't put too much pressure on yourself or on the situation. Keep it easy. ~~At your age~~ Things should develop based on a friendship first. And, when you're sure, that's when you try to figure out a way to start dropping hints. Unless you're the kind of person who just asks, which I definitely am not, so I couldn't even begin to give you advice on that.
